Special Containment Procedures: SCP-ZH-617 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber in Site-ZH-02 and provided with diet in a regular basis. SCP-ZH-617 is allowed to request any text material without classified information in any languages put in his containment chamber. However, the consultant should dissuade him or request a treatment of the containment staffs if SCP-ZH-617 speaks languages other than Beijing Mandarin or writes in characters other than simplified Chinese out of a stated time. A group of medical personnel are to check and manage SCP-ZH-617 on a regular basis and exam whether his anomaly decays. Except from personnel with special clearance, no individual should make a conversation with SCP-ZH-617. A personnel communicated with SCP-ZH-617 is to be put in quarantine for 72 hours and may be released when it is determined that the personnel carries no infective anomalous memes.
The containment is to be terminated when SCP-ZH-617's anomalous properties are eliminated.
Description: SCP-ZH-617 is a male human.
To date, SCP-ZH-617 acquired a series of anomalous property complex. The Foundation currently pay most attention on the following:
- A pseudo-secondary degree burned pattern appears on skin in certain situations
- Spread the ability to utilize Beijing Mandarin and Simplified Chinese with memetic approach while it will also impair the meme-infected individual's ability to use and recognize other languages.
- Meme-infected individuals get the same anomalous property in 72 hours.
- Unusually high self-healing ability and the ability to maintain physical functions.
- Spread infertility through sexual contact.
Theoretically, the former three anomaly could be impair or neutralized through certain approaches. Currently, it is speculated that if SCP-ZH-617 keeps conducting "Adhan" protocol, the first and the second anomalies are going to be degraded until fully eliminated. Despite the severe pain in the process of Adhan, SCP-ZH-617 is quite cooperative on the protocol and even demonstrated tendency to over-conduct it. Note that SCP-ZH-617 is not immortal, overly conducting the protocol may lead to extra medical demand. The Foundation has developed a medicine to regulate the third anomaly of SCP-ZH-617. But the medicine would not be administered until the former two are eliminated in order to remain him in the status allowing him to conduct Adhan protocol.

We are asking the Foundation to stop smearing and accusing China of fake facts. It is totally untrue that China government utilized illegal paranormal techniques on Xinjiang Uyghurs.
