Background Information

The Antihero Collection is a series of loosely interrelated, partly canonical, partly non-canonical, or even contradictory stories that revolve around the tragic fates of researcher Sarah Loewen and agent Johan Frey, spanning a period of several decades, depending on the authors' need. The chronological order serves the approximate classification of the plot.

Sarah Loewen is a cultural scientist and researches, among other things, the sinking of the island Rungholt alongside her supervisor Dr. Olga Derminov, at Site-DE7, north of Hamburg. Sometimes, she is temporarily sent to other sites for short-term research.

Johan Frey is a member of MTF DE20-ℜ specializing in commando operations, covert surveillance, and rapid access, and is stationed at Site-DE20 in Switzerland. How the fates of the two intersect and become inextricably intertwined will be told gradually in upcoming stories.

The narratives are not necessarily directly about either of them, but the events directly or indirectly affect their fates.
