Well, someone is excited about their GoI being picked.
Team Nico's Angels here to style on everyone.
Have fun and good luck to all!

Good luck to everyone! Let's make this contest a crazy one!
Goddamnit, now I'll hear the Village People sing each time I look at their team name.
Maybe this kind of song?

Doctor North was here. Just don't let South know, or East….never tell East.
Added a new rule, Rule 4, to disallow many members meaning guaranteed upvotes.
Will we be able to upvote them after the contest is over, or is it a permanent thing?
After the 27th of May, you can upvote them.
Welp. Guess I'm gonna have to translate the rest of the CN GOI overviews that are not yet translated before the GOI choosing phase ends.
(I have just translated 2 CN GOI overview onto its page before I post this, 5 more to go)
Dude! This is really interesting and I'm excited to dig into these new GOI! Is there an easy way to find translated tales/articles related to the different GOIs? Currently I'm just seeing the list and a brief description here on the index. Some of these are really unique and I would love to make sure I have them figured out before writing anything about them.
The best would be to ask on the discord server, there are a LOT of international people from all over the place.
Alternatively, go into the hub of the branch a GoI is from that you're interested in. Then go to "Groups of Interest from the ______ branch" and you'll find a more extensive description, a tag that may lead you somewhere, and, if you're lucky, a hub.
Got to say I am disappointed that only one team can pick a GOI and that's it. That seems to limit this contest.
I think the purpose was to avoid that everyone rushes on the most exotic GoIs and don't give a chance to shine to those with the least background. It's true that it's a bit disappointing not being able to write about a group that struck you, only because someone picked it first but you know what they say: limitations inspire better thinking.
Plus, even if it's not your main GoI, you can still use any other group as long as the one you picked is represented. You could even extend the group's lore by creating new relation with another GoI.

Yes. Some GoI would create interesting relationships and some would be ridicules.

May I ask a question:If a person has also registed in a branch that he/she doesn`t come from, can he/she choose the GOI from the latter branch? (ex. a person from Chinese branch registed in Japanese branch for some reason, and then choose a GOI from Japanese branch for contest)
No, they can't.
3.3 If a group member identifies with multiple branches, this rule applies to all of the GoIs of all of the branches they identify themself with.
Incorrect. Being on different branches does not mean you identify with all of them. Abigail, you may write for the japanese branch even if you are active on it, as long as you are more active on (using the example) the chinese branch.
Has the GpExpress Logistics Ltd of the Chinese branch been taken yet?
I ask because it is not shown in the list on the main contest page as taken or free.
As the translator of this page, I'm quite sure your team is the first to take it.
I've no idea what GoIs can be listed into this page, maybe the absence of GpExpress Logistics Ltd right now is just because the introduction of it was translated after the news of this contest. You might find ThePaperMask to add it up. Good luck dude.
Alright we are claiming that one! It's been added and our team is on the page. Thank you, will have to look them up more this weekend!
