If you're reading this, don't read the document. It has been taken over by a meta-entity obsessed with the SCP format. We still don't know what it is or why it is doing this, but we have discovered that as long as we don't use the SCP format to contain it, it can't spread because it causes pain.

Unfortunately, this means the complete loss of the SCP-ES-138 slot, but this is preferable to the alternative.
