I wish I'd be able to write this precisely. As usual with Johannes, there's a sense of the feelings that is quite unparalleled, and I might recognize Swing's way of pressing a concept to extract the best part of its juice.

Love the way this is presented: A simple concept, but the letters really give this emotional meat that the piece needed, and it puts the reader into the time they were written in. Excellent storytelling imo.

Like others have said, it's a very simple story but with a lot of emotional meat to it. The simplicity of it also serves to highlight those moments in a really lovely way. +1
