This portrayal of a man in the high castle type scenario really doesn't work for me here. It honestly just feels lazy. It's almost a direct description of the SCP Foundation operates with a Reich skin stretched over it. Seeing a mashup of the Nazi Iron Cross and the SCP logo makes me cringe.
This really fails to make good use of controversial historical material. The almost direct port of the Administrator speech speaking about 'humanity' just makes me think of how the Nazi regime defined humanity. But since this theme and idea isn't really extrapolated throughout the rest of the piece it almost feels like the nasty parts of history are just being swept under the rug.
When writing about the worst criminal government in human history it's important to give a full acknowledgement of the horror inherit to all aspects of its existence. There was no part of its organization which didn't contribute to the crimes against humanity in some way and it's important for media to show that in some fashion. The recent vogue of Nazi zombies and using them as stock villains somewhat undermines the intense evil they represent in our history.
I'm not against Nazi fiction existing, not writing about it at all would be an even bigger mistake than some people unintentionally trivializing or minimalizing their genocidal activities. I think if this were fleshed out to show the kind of world the Nazis have created, much like the man in the high castle book/show, this would be much improved.
In its current state, it's honestly too bland to really offend anybody. By that I mean while it doesn't really give a glimpse into how a Nazi Foundation would operate, other than by describing simplistic Foundation procedures. It doesn't really read like it's excusing or minimalizing anything because it hardly reads like a Nazi organization at all. Change a few words and you could reframe this material to be about anything.
The CSS theme looks pretty bad on mobile as well, all the letters are bunched up and the logo is tiny.
