In line I hope it's OK for you if I'm talking informal to you? is originally 011 is asking if it may use the informal „Du” instead of the formal „Sie”. If your language has a commonly used informal address, use that.

In line Oh… if I just had access to the Internet, I could do so many things. in the 2nd "Yes" it is talking about reaching something big. Correctly translated the line had been …I could set the world on fire (according to my dictionary) but I found it to mistakable.
