My take:
SCP-ES-005 is to be housed alongside standard long-term life support equipment and must be staffed at all times in the event that the subject housed inside of SCP-ES-005 in in need of medial assistance. In the even that the subject is unable to feed themselves they must be fed using a nasogastric tube as Intravenous feeding has led to [REDACTED]. Every 12 hours an on site psychologist is to perform a checkup with the current subject, additionally there must be one on-site psychologist on call at all times in the even that the subject requests for an early or additional session. Only under the supervision of an on-site psychologist may the subject be administered sedatitves.

What exactly happens when 48 hours passes without a subject being placed inside?
Wouldn't intravenous feeding be more effective then a nasogastric tube? Or at the very least less messy?

I had no idea what this meant, untill I went to the orignal with google translate, Its fasteners right?
The subject is strapped into the booth right?
Like I mean no disrespect, but the google translate version was a lot easyer to understand.
