Are We Cool Yet? towards other GoI
Antares Society for the Renewal of the Human Mindset |
---|
The collective and the Society are on good terms with each other, given their shared goal of finding "special sensibilities". It is even suspected that several artists of the collective went to form a part of the Society. In general, however, the members of Are We Cool Yet? have little interest in mysticism. |
Division XXV |
AWCY? had a presence in the GDR, but had to keep a low profile because its members were persecuted by Division XXV under the guise of other Divisions of the Stasi for their expertise regarding anomalies, and because they repeatedly created propaganda not to the liking of the SED. |
The Hive |
Are We Cool Yet? is mostly neutral towards the Hive but views its actions towards its more hazardous pieces as unwarranted destruction of good art. |
Gamers Against Weed |
Gamers against Weed was founded by Jude Kyriot, a former member of the artistic movement. Other Are We Cool Yet? members regard GAW as childish and immature, if they've heard of them at all. |
Meat Circus |
Some members of AWCY? admire the artistry of the Circus's body modifications, but other members see the Circus as proof that art actually can get too transgressive. |
Medicean Academy of Occult Art |
Most members of Are We Cool Yet? regard the Academy and the art it collects as boring and outdated. |
Noonday Oak Troupe |
AWCY thinks that NOTE is made of cowards that complain about everything, and therefore shows hostility towards this group. |

The Hive |
The Black Queen is aware of the Hive and knows that it is a tricky ally. Therefore, she's wary even when working with the collective. |
"Nobody" |

The Chaos Insurgency towards other GoI
African Office of Occult Affairs |
---|
The Chaos Insurgency regarded the AOOA as a competitor for control of anomalies in Africa. |
Antares Society for the Renewal of the Human Mindset |
The Chaos Insurgency has good ties with the Antares Society and uses them to trade information and anomalies. |
Cobweb International |
Cobweb International is considered a threat by the Insurgency, requiring large effort to neutralize in an engagement. |
Division XXV |
The Chaos Insurgency's activities in the GDR were severely impeded by Division XXV, but it never found out who it was until it stole information regarding it from the Foundation and put the pieces together. Given the nature of some of the Divisions anomalies, the Insurgency is just all to happy to acquire and use them. |
Global Occult Coalition |
The Insurgency is wary of the GOC and keeps itself ready should the Coalition engage it. |
The Hive |
The Hive is a high priority target of the Chaos Insurgency because of its high skill when it comes to infiltration, espionage and sabotage. The Insurgency therefore developed several methods to at least keep its more sensible assets away from the Hive's eyes while trying to eradicate all of its members. |
Political Organisation of the Rukh “Angriff” |
CI regularly cooperates with P.O.R.A., supplying it with various weapons and anomalies in exchange for favours (such as stealing a particular SCP from the Foundation or attacking a particular facility) and from sympathy to its goals – after all, organisations share a lot of similarities in their approach to the anomalous, as well as in the list of antagonists. Some even consider P.O.R.A. to simply be a marionette organisation, controlled and used by the CI for its nefarious purposes — but this claim is yet to be validated. |
The Chicago Spirit | ||
---|---|---|
Origin: Active in: Creator: |
Chicago, Illinois, United States The United States |
![]() |
- Was the largest anomalous criminal syndicate in the Western hemisphere, founded 1895 by Richard D. Chappell, an anomalous being. - Recruited, exploited and created anomalies for its own gain. - Chappel was apprehended by the Foundation in 1933, as a result, the syndicate gradually destabilized and became defunct in 1938 (supposedly). - After its demise, members and assets were acquired by other organizations. Recently, one or more groups named the Chicago Spectre emerged, following a modus operandi similar to the Chicago Spirit - Had a truce with the Foundation for a long time until Chappel was caught. - Would extort, hurt and kill anyone it needed to. |

The Chicago Spirit had dealings with the Factory, and avoided asking too many questions about where the hooch came from, or where the bodies went. |
Fifth Church |
The Chicago Spirit thought they could work with Fifthists to make money, but regretted ever making deals with these "Lunatics". |
Global Occult Coalition |
The GOC did not exist during the time of the original Chicago Spirit, which helped them to operate freely. The Chicago Spectre tries to keep itself hidden from the Global Occult Coalition, but still fights when push comes to shove, as proven in repeated clashes between the two. |
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting |
Spirit defectors were often reported to have "run away to join the Circus", while some of the Spirit's assets came from the Circus. |
The Hive |
The Chicago Spirit as well as the Chicago Spectre kept some correspondents of the Hive ready as security and in case business awaits. Until the Chicago Spectre threw them out or murdered them, because strange things kept happening in their vicinity. For some reason members of this mafia still keep on disappearing, just to then be found again in the ranks of the Hive. |
SAPPHIRE |
The Chicago Spirit already traded with the American branch of SAPPHIRE during the 1920's, and sold it weapons and various implements for their schemes. |
TING Forum |
The Rookie, a member of the Chicago Spectre, has an interest in parasport racing, and may one day race against members of the TING Forum. |
Unusual Incidents Unit |
The Spirit has waged criminal warfare against the UIU since their inception, as the two groups are on opposite sides of the law. The two still engage in cat-and-mouse chases throughout Three Portlands to this day. |
Das Wunderkabinett |
Both groups do not know about each other, but the paths of Chicago Spectre occasionally cross with the Cabinet when they are in Eurtec. |

The Children of the Scarlet King towards other GoI
The Daevites |
---|
Because of the anachronistic nature of SCP-140, it is not clear how far this was the case, but there are texts that indicated that there were Seven High Priestesses who led a sect of his church. However, since the Daevites have a matriarchic world view, it is doubtful how far this can be taken seriously. |
Doctor Wondertainment |
The Scarlet King hates Doctor Wondertainment as the avatar of bliss and all things beautiful. In particular, he wants to erase Dr Isabel Helga Anastasia Parvati Wondertainment V, PhD. However, it is said that Mr Redd is possessed by him. |
Global Occult Coalition |

The Church of the Broken God towards other GoI
Antares Society for the Renewal of the Human Mindset |
---|
The Church of the Broken God sees the Society as an enemy, viewing them as "heretics". |
Anderson Robotics |
Although the Cogwork Orthodoxy wants nothing to do with Anderson's modern paratech, many Maxwellians have found employment with Anderson or bought their products for cybernetic enhancement. |
Cobweb International |
As Cobweb International has no qualms about religion, both groups are in a commercial relationship, except with the Cogwork Orthodox, which regard the military service's technology with mixed feelings. |
Church of the Second Hytoth |
The Church of the Broken God has shunned the Church of the Second Hytoth, associating their blood-sacrifices with the unclean flesh. The anomalous Xia Dynasty, a Church of the Broken God precursor, waged war on the Earthly Ortothan Kingdom in ancient times. |
Cult of the Great Green God |
The Mekhanites fought against the Cult in ancient times, and the Church today still regards the Cult's reverence of nature as blasphemous. |
The Daevites |
The Church of the Broken God was one of the enemies of the Daevite Civilization in ancient times, and fought many battles against them. |
Division XXV |
The Church of the Broken God had to keep a low profile in the GDR, due to the persecution through Division XXV. The Church never found out who it was that hunted them. |
Deer College |
Members of the Church admire Deer College's religious tolerance, allowing them to study there even with their augmentations, although more conservative members of the church regard it as far too pluralistic and accepting of other faiths. |
Fixed Flowers |
The Church of the Broken God has opposed Fixed Flowers since its founding, since the Church reveres the technological progress that Fixed Flowers rejects. |
Global Occult Coalition |
The Church and the GOC are enemies, due to the GOCs dogma requiring them to destroy or take in anomalies created or worshipped by the followers of Mekhane. |
Noonday Oak Troupe |
The Church of the Broken God does not care about NOTE, despite repeated disturbances of the Troupe by it. |
The Hive |
The Church of the Broken God describes the Hive as the "Worm of the Flesh", a term coined by Maxwellians in reference to the Hive's similarity to a computer virus. Since it can apparently get Church members to convert to the Hive, it is regarded as a corruption of the mind by the Church, and Hive members are subject of an ongoing purge. |
Horizon Initiative |
The Church views the Initiative as a group of blind fanatics, ignorant of the God that they should really be worshipping, destroying the fragments of God instead of reassembling them. |
Institut für menschliche Bildung und Weiterentwicklung |
Although interested in some of the Institute's work in cybernetic enhancement, some of their more biological enhancements are seen as revolting and a step in entirely the wrong direction. |
Meat Circus |
Although members of the Church are impressed by the artistry of the "Technicians", they're repulsed by the work of the "Mutators" and "Mages", and regard the aims of the Meat Circus as completely misguided. |
Prometheus Labs |
Some of the Maxwellians brain-computer interfaces were developed in collaboration with Prometheus, and so that branch of the church had a very good relationship with the company before its collapse. |
Raptor Tec. Industries |
Members of the Church have taken an interest in the technology of Raptor Tec. Industries, but were disappointed to discover that they seem far more interested in money and power than in MEKHANE. |
Robotic Republic |
Despite their similar goals, the Robotic Republic and the Church of the Broken God are divided on technological and philosophical questions. |
SAPPHIRE |
SAPPHIRE is responsible for multiple attacks on the Church of the Broken God, targeting their artificial implants, and so is viewed with great hostility by members of the Church. |
Sarkic Cults |
The Church of the Broken God has regarded the Sarkic Cults as its antithesis since ancient times, representing all that is repellent about the FLESH, and violent attacks against members of Sarkic Cults are not uncommon. |
Special Security Commission |
Some sects of the Church within Spain allied with the Special Security Commission and Franco's National Catholic Dictatorship, but others allied with the republicans and opposed or hid from the Special Security Commission. |
Church of the Second Hytoth | ||
---|---|---|

The Church of the Second Hytoth towards other GoI
The Church of the Broken God |
---|
The Church of the Broken God is regarded as fundamentally wrong - God is not Broken, "Rakmou-leusan" is simply preoccupied defending the universe from the extra-universal "Voruteut". |
Division XXV |
The Church was aware that they were hunted in the GDR but never found out by whom, necessitating extensive measures for successful hiding. |
Fifth Church |
Fifthists refer to the Church of the Second Hytoth as "Heptagons" (because of their association with the number seven) or "Squares" (because they're seen as being much more boring than Fifthists). |
The Hive |
The Church of the Second Hytoth views the gestalt-consciousness as a parasite, and works on ways to remove it from affected subjects. |
Horizon Initiative |
The Church of the Second Hytoth believes that the Horizon Initiative's perspective is tragically limited by only examining the religious beliefs of humans on Earth. |
SAPPHIRE |
SAPPHIRE targets members of the Church of the Second Hytoth just like any other religious group, although their efforts are impaired by the fact that SAPPHIRE fanatics refuse to accept the existence of extraterrestrials, even if they're standing right next to them. Because of this, members of the Church find their closed-mindedness baffling. |
Sarkic Cults |
The Church of the Second Hytoth associates Sarkicism with the dangerous extra-universal "Voruteut", and so shuns and fears Sarkites. |
Special Security Commission |
Members of the Church joined forces with republicans opposing Franco's Dictatorship and the Special Security Commission, and attempted to awaken an avatar of Rakmou-leusan in a desperate attempt to win the war, but achieving only a partial success that the Commission was able to deal with. |
The Wandsmen |
The Church of the Second Hytoth appreciates that the Wandsmen are distributing information about the destruction of the First Hytoth to a wider audience. |
Das Wunderkabinett |
Members of the Church in Sjhlfels am Rhein are very happy with magical services provided by Das Wunderkabbinet. |

Political Organisation of the Rukh “Angriff” (P.O.R.A.) |
As P.O.R.A. actively uses the anomalous to try and topple the regional status quo, it puts the Organisation in a direct, lasting and uncompromising confrontation with the GOC. Among other things, GOC was responsible for replacing/resurrecting Russian President Putin after five successful assassination attempts by P.O.R.A. Therefore, the relationship between the two organisations may be best described as “kill or be killed”. In its current state, however, P.O.R.A.’s ability to retaliate is extremely limited – in no way can its power be compared to the myriad of occult sects and nations comprising the UNGOC – so it is forced to act in extreme secrecy under the radar. The Coalition may have suffered the same infiltration the Foundation did, with the additional pressure from its compromised governmental connections. |

Serpent's Hand |
The GOC regards the Serpent's Hand, codeword "Lerna", as a terrorist organisation and one of their top priorities for neutralisation, since the Serpent's Hand frequently interferes with the GOC's efforts to neutralise parathreats. |
Shūshū-In |
The Allied Occult Initiative opposed Shūshū-In, codeword "Sunset Daisy" in the Pacific theatre of the Seventh Occult War (concurrent with World War II). While the GOC considers the organisation liquidated, it also opposes any of its modern remnants. |
Sonderkommando for the Paranormal |

The GOC had a neutral attitude towards the Spanish Special Security Commission, with some cooperation between them in the Commission's later years. |

The Daevites |
The Sarkic people are ancient enemies of the Daeva, since the original followers of Sarkicism were enslaved by them until Grand Karcist Ion led a revolt against them. Confrontations between the two groups almost always led to bloodshed. |
Division XXV |
Sarkic Cults in the GDR were persecuted by Division XXV, posing as operatives of the Volkspolizei or in extreme cases the Nationale Volksarmee. This forced them to create steadily more and more effective means of concealment and offense, while Division XXV steadily improved its means of tracing the Sarkic Cults and capturing or killing them. Nowadays, the Sarkic Cults know about Division XXV and only show disdain towards its remains, especially anomalies created by research into Sarkic technology. |
Grotto of Gangrenous God |
Similarities between Sarkicism and the beliefs of the Grotto of Gangrenous God have been noted. Some Sarkicists would like to welcome members of this group into their communities, while others see it as a heretical distortion of the true faith. |

Church of the Broken God |
While sceptical, members of the Serpent's Hand respect and are willing to listen to the Church's claims (as long as they're made peacefully), referring to them as "The Devout". |
Dinodon’s Hand |
Other branches of the Serpent's Hand recognized the declaration of the Korean Branch in 1910, and allowed them access to the Wanderer's Library. The Korean Serpent's Hand built a cooperative system with other Serpent's Hand groups in order to plan their common values. They are especially linked with the Japanese Aodoshi, and an Irish woman named Morrighan curently stays with the Korean Serpent's Hand and serves as a liaison between European and Korean groups. |

The Serpent's Hand only learned about the full extend of the machinations of the Stasi after it's disbandment, and was horrified by it. Global Occult Coalition |
The Serpent's Hand refers to the GOC as "The Bookburners", opposing the GOC's efforts to control the paranormal world and eliminate anything that they regard as a threat. The GOC is one of the few organisation that the Serpent's Hand hates even more than the Foundation, and members of the Serpent's Hand will oppose them whenever they have the opportunity. |
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting |
Herman Fuller was once part of the Serpent's Hand, but was banned from the Wanderers Library because he stole some of its books. Other performers for the Circus consider themselves members of the Serpent's Hand, and so the Circus as a whole is viewed with ambivalence. |
The Hive |
The Serpent’s Hand calls the Hive the "Emperor of Many Voices" and views it as a malicious being, bent on the eradication of free will. Telepaths are kept on hand to detect Hive members and keep them out of the Wanderers' Library. Some members of the Hand are more sympathetic to the Hive, but they're akways assumed to be compromised. |
Horizon Initiative |
Relations between the Serpent's Hand and the Horizon Initiative are sometimes cooperative, but sometimes hostile, since the Initiative is often overly zealous in the destruction of anomalous artefacts. |

Cells of the Serpent's Hand that follow their Charter on magic maintain a good relationship with the Mages Academy. However, cells that use black magic, want the anomalous to be widely known, or feel that the Academy is too willing to cooperate with the Foundation have a strained or even hostile relationship with the Academy. |
Manna Charitable Foundation |
The Serpent's Hand has neutral-to-friendly relations with the Manna Charitable Foundation, supporting its use of anomalies to help people, but sometimes seeing it as too careless to actually be beneficial. |
Marshall, Carter and Dark |
The Serpent's Hand refers to Marshall, Carter and Dark Ltd. as "The Merchants", regarding them as the latest of many purveyors of the paranormal. The Serpent's Hand observes a truce while within the library, but outside of the Library, members of the Serpent's Hand have violently clashed with MC&D agents on multiple occasions. |

Members of the Serpent's Hand have referred to SAPPHIRE as "The Deniers", mocking them for their fervent disbelief in the paranormal, yet still regarding them as a significant threat to both magic users and religious believers. |
Shark Punching Center |
The Serpent's Hand refers to the SPC as "The Boxers". Members of the Serpent's Hand who are sharks or shark-kin have very unfavourable views of the SPC. |
Technothaumaturges |
The goals and methods of the Technothaumaturges are approved of by most members of the Serpent's hand, and the two groups have shared information on magical technology and on shared enemies. |
Tsar's Seers |
The relationship between the Seers and the Hand is complicated. Although they strive for cooperation, there are ongoing disputes over who anomalous objects held by each group really belong to. |
The Unusual Incidents Unit |
Although the Serpent's Hand has to avoid the UIU, referred to simply as the "Feds", in order to not be arrested as para-criminals, the Hand's use of magic and anomalous Ways makes evading the under-funded UIU rather easy, and they don't consider them a particularly dangerous threat. |

Hudson Gock" (SCP-2803-A), a reality-bending extraterrestrial lifeform with a naive obsession in business and the American Dream. - Products are always poorly-made — especially their text's spelling — and possess anomalous effects that are harmful to its users. - The Foundation tries to have a peaceful relationship with the company, due to its founder's immense power and destructive past, but still attempts to contain its products behind its back. - Mr. Gock does not mean any harm, merely wanting to operate a successful business, but it's not aware of the damage its products cause. |

Are We Cool Yet? |
---|
The Unusual Incidents Unit is frequently forced to clear up after Are We Cool Yet? and will arrest any anartists it's able to catch. |
Anderson Robotics |
Although initially willing to tolerate the presence of Anderson Robotics in Three Portlands, the UIU eventually eventually joined forces with the Foundation to bring down Anderson. |
Church of the Broken God |
The UIU is willing to overlook peaceful worshippers of the Broken God, as long as they don't draw too much attention to themselves. |
Church of the Second Hytoth |
The UIU is willing to overlook the activities of the Church of the Second Hytoth, as long as no actual extra-terrestrials are walking around in public. |
Deer College |
The UIU polices Three Portlands, and so most of their interactions with Deer College students occur when they break the law. |
Division XXV |
The UIU only became aware of Division XXV after being told about it by the Foundation, and since then watches out for its remains. While it still existed, it came to clashes between the two, which were covered up by the Division. |
Fifth Church |
The UIU is investigating allegations of mind control within the religious movement. |
Gamers Against Weed |
The UIU is investigating members of GAW, occasionally with success. |
Global Occult Coalition |
Although both organisations encountered and collaborated with each other in the past, the UIU is still unaware of what the GOC even is. All that the UIU knows is that the GOC outranks it and works for the government. |
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting |
The Circus is subject to an investigation by the UIU. |
The Hive |
The Hive is subject of a painfully slow investigation by the UIU. |
Noonday Oak Troupe |
The UIU is conducting an investigation into NOTE, so far without much success beyond causing the group some mild irritation. |
Sarkic Cults |
The UIU is willing to overlook peaceful members of Sarkic Cults, as long as they don't draw too much attention to themselves. |
Serpent's Hand |
Many members of the Serpent's Hand are considered wanted criminals, but the UIU has been unable to track them down. |
Wilson's Wildlife Solutions |
The UIU regards WWS as a low-cost way to ensure that the anomalous is contained. |
Das Wunderkabinett |
The UIU sees Ms. Mirabilis as a highly dangerous terrorist who is running a black market in anomalies to citizens of the United States of America in order to destabilise the state. Or at least that is the official narrative, as the unit's agents are frequently tricked in the most embarrassing ways. However, rumours are true that Mirabilis has recruited a UIU agent through brainwashing, although unintentionally. |

Both groups hold personal grudges against each other due to allegations of copyright infringement, and will destroy any operatives of one another if found. |
Primordial |
Primordial is one of the main competitors of Valravn on the global stage. It professes (at least on paper) a commitment to human rights that starkly contrast with Valravn's more amoral tendencies. |
A.R.G.U.S. |
A.R.G.U.S. secularism contrasts with Valravn's mysticism, however, both organizations share a focus on maximizing profit disregarding human cost. The relation between the two PMCs is highly pragmatic and situational, sometimes as competitors, other times as customers of each other services.. |
Raptor Tec. Industries |
Raptor Tec. is considered a rival group due to them selling weaponry to known opponents of Valravn. However, there have been attempts to recruit Raptor Tec. as a supplier, which failed because of RTI's military neutrality. |

The Fifth Church |
The Wandsmen have published a pathetic attempt to explain Fifthism, and still don't really understand it. |
ECO Press |
The Wandsmen are interested in the publications of ECO Press, but definitely categorise them as "dangerous knowledge". |
Global Occult Coalition |
The Wandsmen acknowledge that the GOC does a lot to preserve knowledge (and human life), but they intend to keep these "Bookburners" away from their archives. |
The Hive |
The Hive infiltrated the Wandsmen to gather information on the multiverse. Recruiting goes slowly because the Wandsmen have advanced protective measures and rarely stay in the same place for long, and because the Wandsmen are very interested in identifying Hive Members so that they can interview them about what it's like to be part of a gestalt consciousness. |
The Serpent's Hand |
The Wandsmen and The Serpent's Hand both have access to the Wanderer's Library and maintain good relations. However, while both groups value knowledge, their organisations have different aims. |
