- The paranormal counterpart to the United Nations, with a Council of 108 occult organisations.
- Successor to the Allied Occult Initiative, which opposed the Nazi Obskurrakorps during World War II (the Seventh Occult War).
- Openly political organization, regards itself as the police of the paranormal world.
- Notable targets include OBSKURRA (remnants of the Obskurrakorps) and Scarlet Hammer (ex-Soviet paracrime syndicate).
- Rival to the Foundation. Although the organisations have carried out many joint-operations, the GOC prefers to destroy rather than contain anomalies.
- Despite its stated mission to eliminate and conceal "parathreats", it allows magic users (Thaumaturgists) to join, and utilises anomalous objects and advanced experimental technology in the field.
- Tries to minimise civilian causalities.

The Global Occult Coalition towards other GoI

8th Department of National Security Bureau, R. O. C.
The Department is seen as a high level threat to normalcy by the GOC since WWII, and will be neutralized if encountered.
African Office of Occult Affairs
Although a member of the Allied Occult Initiative during the Seventh Occult War, valued by the GOC for preserving normalcy in the African continent, the Office, codeword "Fez Azur", was harshly criticized by the GOC for its imperialist and colonialist policies following the end of WW2.
Alexylva University
The GOC is aware of Alexsylva, and endeavours to limit its contact with our universe.
Ambrose Restaurant
Ambrose Restaurants are on the GOC's watchlist and are raided when discovered.
Anderson Robotics
The GOC contracted Anderson Robotics to supply them with some of their advanced technology.
Anomalous Materials Information and Security System
The GOC helped to found the organisation in 1949, and continues to support the organisation in the present day, although their funding is much diminished since the end of the Cold War.
Are We Cool Yet?
The GOC destroys any of the creations of Are We Cool Yet?, codeword "Warhol", that it can get its hands on.
Association of Black Magic Power Users
The Association are considered parathreats, due to their violation of several GOC resolutions that provided a legally enforceable definition of "Black Magic".
Beyond Entropy
The GOC regards Beyond Entropy as a threat to normalcy, and if given the opportunity will either confiscate or destroy the group's anomalous technology.
Celeste
The GOC is tracking Celeste, but does not regard it as a high priority target, although its technology may be of use to the GOC.
Chaos Insurgency
The GOC has only limited information about the Chaos Insurgency, codeword "Carcinoma", and is currently keeping it's distance. It will interfere with their operations but prioritises the gathering of more information.
The Chicago Spirit
The Chicago Spirit syndicate disbanded before the GOC was founded. The GOC has only limited information about its successor, the Chicago Spectre, codeword "Disco", but will strike when the opportunity presents itself.
Church of the Broken God
The GOC and the Church are enemies, since the GOC's dogma requires they destroy or capture anomalies created or worshipped by the Church, codeword "Ford". Any possible reconstruction of the "Broken God" would be met with a drastic response from the GOC.
Church of the Second Hytoth
The GOC and the Church are enemies due to the risk of the Church, codeword "Barlowe", revealing the existence of extraterrestrials to the general public (something that the GOC has gone to great lengths to conceal).
Cobweb International
Because of Cobweb's liberal use of anomalies without any care for secrecy, relations with the GOC are strained.
The Civilian
The Global Occult Coalition denies claims that some members of The Civilian are former GOC applicants and and defends itself against raids by the group.
Deer College
The GOC sponsors Deer College's rival, the International Center for the Study of Unified Thaumatology (ICSUT).
Dinodon's Hand
Given that this is the Korean Branch of the Serpent's Hand, it is one of the primary targets of the GOC's Far East branch.
Division XXV
The GOC only leaned about Division XXV through an information exchange with the Foundation, due to Division XXV having, for the main-part, avoided the organisation during its entire existence. Now, it endeavours to seek out and destroy or utilise its anomalies.
Doctor Wondertainment
The GOC regards Doctor Wondertainment, codeword "Kringle", as a major threat to normalcy and intends to neutralise the individual/individuals/corporation as soon as they're able to locate him/her/them/it.
The Factory
The GOC plans to assault the Factory, codeword "Venice", as soon as its facilities can be located.
Fascist Council of the Occult
The GOC supports the efforts of the Anomalous Materials Information and Security System to oppose the Council's activities.
The Fifth Church
The GOC aims to eliminate Fifthism, codeword "Copernicus", as a threat to normalcy.
Fixed Flowers
The GOC regards Fixed Flowers as a threat to the status quo, and seeks to disrupt their operations using any necessary force.

Gamers Against Weed
The GOC monitors the Gamers, codeword "Reefer", but lack any methods to contact or apprehend them.
Grotto of Gangrenous God
The GOC considers the Grotto of Gangrenous God to be a major threat to normalcy that they intend to neutralise.
GRU Division "P"
The GOC regarded the experiments of the GRU Division "P", codeword "Scarlet Dagger", as a dangerous escalation of the paranormal arms race between the various powers in the Cold War, but couldn't openly oppose them due to the influence of the Soviet Union. They're much more able to deal with modern remnants without government backing.
GpExpress
The GOC destroyed a GpExpress-site in a raid, and even attacks transports of the group.
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting
The GOC intends to terminate all members of the Circus, codeword "McGinnis", as soon as they're able to track them down.
The Horizon Initiative
The GOC regards the Horizon Initiative, codeword "Trinity", as a dangerous (but frequently useful) group of religious fanatics.
The Hive
The Hive, codeword "Leviathan", is a priority target of the GOC because of its scientific prowess and ability to gather intel. It is aware of the Hive's infiltration within its ranks, and utilises its own psions to to track down anyone with telepathic links to the Hive.
Humanist Gentlemen
The Humanist Gentlemen, codeword "Galileo", have been placed under an arrest warrant by the Global Occult Coalition, which describes them as a menace to normalcy.
IJAMEA
The Allied Occult Initiative opposed IJAMEA, codeword "Sunset Glory", in the Pacific theatre of the Seventh Occult War (concurrent with World War II), and the GOC continues to oppose its modern successors.
Institut für menschliche Bildung und Weiterentwicklung
The GOC views the institute, codeword "Darwin", as a major threat to normalcy. Professor Voss is considered a parathreat, although his abilities and form change so frequently that the GOC is unsure exactly how to classify him.
Imperial Japanese Army Special Medical Force
The Allied Occult Initiative opposed the experiments of "Unit Negative Numbers", codeword "Sunset Lycoris", and neutralised as many of them as possible. The GOC is still searching for the few members of the Unit still at large, and not neutralised, detained or recruited by the GOC.
Japanese Anomalous Groups Peace and Amity Treaty Organization
The GOC is one of the signatories of JACPATO.
Japan Organisms Improvement and Creation Laboratory
The GOC regards the creations of JOICL, codeword "Shelley", as a significant threat to normalcy, and has place the group under observation.

Manna Charitable Foundation
Although opposed to some of their uses of anomalies, the GOC intends to work with the MCF, codeword "Teresa".
Mages Academy
As an occult organisation not subordinate to the GOC or part of the Council of 108, members of the Mages Academy, codeword "Houdini", are regarded as parathreats by the GOC. However, the GOC has no intention of starting another Occult War, and so is not currently planning an overt assault on the Academy, although they do intend to gather as much intel on the Academy as possible.
Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd.
The GOC is wary of Marshall, Carter, and Dark, codeword "McConnell", due to their financial and political influence. The GOC considers them to be a criminal organisation, but keeps conflicts to a minimum unless attacked.
Meat Circus
The GOC considers the Meat Circus, as the creator of many parathreats, as one of their priority targets for neutralisation.
National Gendastrerie
The National Gendastrerie, codeword "Casque Azur", strives to protect French sovereignty in anomalous matters, and so although they cooperate with the GOC relations are sometimes strained.
Noonday Oak Troupe
The GOC is tracking NOTE, but doesn't regard it as a high priority target.
Office For The Reclamation of Islamic Artifacts
The GOC regard ORIA, codeword "Andromeda Sesame", as a threat to its global hegemony.
Oneiroi
The GOC regards the Oneiroi as a political entity, codeword "Flanders", to be dealt with diplomatically if possible but forcibly if necessary.
Order of Light
The Order, codeword "Angelico", has the same origin as GOC 108 Council members also linked to the Knight's Templar, and so while the Order has refused to join the GOC it can be approached diplomatically rather than with military force.
Parawatch
The GOC is observing Parawatch forums, codeword "Poe", but doesn't think there's any danger of them actually discovering the real conspiracy behind the current world order.
PlugSoft
The GOC is aware of PlugSoft, but doesn't regard it as a high priority target.
Political Organisation of the Rukh “Angriff” (P.O.R.A.)
As P.O.R.A. actively uses the anomalous to try and topple the regional status quo, it puts the Organisation in a direct, lasting and uncompromising confrontation with the GOC. Among other things, GOC was responsible for replacing/resurrecting Russian President Putin after five successful assassination attempts by P.O.R.A. Therefore, the relationship between the two organisations may be best described as “kill or be killed”. In its current state, however, P.O.R.A.’s ability to retaliate is extremely limited – in no way can its power be compared to the myriad of occult sects and nations comprising the UNGOC – so it is forced to act in extreme secrecy under the radar. The Coalition may have suffered the same infiltration the Foundation did, with the additional pressure from its compromised governmental connections.
"Progress" Research Institute
The GOC is monitoring the Research Institute as a threat to the concealment of the paranormal. They were previously unable to shut it down due to its backing by the Soviet Union, now the only thing stopping them from striking is being unaware of its current location.
Prometheus Labs
The GOC took an interest in Prometheus Labs' technology, codeword "Burnout", but is glad that they're now liquidated and no longer distributing it.
Primordial
The paranormal mercenary group, codeword "Léon", is technically considered a wanted organisation, but for classified reasons the GOC has decided not to act against it at this time.
Raptor Tec. Industries
The GOC was interested in RTI for similar reasons to the Foundation, even though the GOC already has their own advanced technology.
Saiga Factions
The GOC regards the elimination of the Saiga Factions, codeword "Schrödinger", as a high priority, and will use any means necessary to keep them out of this universe.
SAPPHIRE
Although SAPPHIRE was once a member of the GOC's Council of 108, the GOC now regards SAPPHIRE as a dangerous terrorist group, codeword "Dawkins".
Sarkic Cults
The GOC regards the Sarkic Cults, codeword "Moreau", as a group of Parathreats, although small and harmless sects may go unnoticed or be deliberately ignored.
Serpent's Hand
The GOC regards the Serpent's Hand, codeword "Lerna", as a terrorist organisation and one of their top priorities for neutralisation, since the Serpent's Hand frequently interferes with the GOC's efforts to neutralise parathreats.
Shūshū-In
The Allied Occult Initiative opposed Shūshū-In, codeword "Sunset Daisy" in the Pacific theatre of the Seventh Occult War (concurrent with World War II). While the GOC considers the organisation liquidated, it also opposes any of its modern remnants.
Sonderkommando for the Paranormal
The Allied Occult Initiative opposed the SKP in addition to the Obskurrakorps. If the SKP from the alternative universe, codeword "Utgard Fenrir", breaks through into ours, the modern GOC will be forced to respond with a declaration of war.
Special Security Commission
The GOC had a neutral attitude towards the Spanish Special Security Commission, with some cooperation between them in the Commission's later years.
The Three Moon Initiative
Although not totally opposed to cooperation in the face of a greater threat, the GOC regards the Initiative, codeword "Godwin", as a threat to Earth's sovereignty.
Tou-Hei Heavy Industries
The GOC regards the creations of Tou-Hei Heavy Industries, codeword "Roussel", as a threat to normalcy and has place the group under observation.
Tsar Seer's
Some of the Seers are employed by the GOC for their know-how.
Kingdom of Univers'Isle
The GOC is aware of the Kingdom, giving it the codeword "Crusoe". They endeavour to prevent it from intruding into our universe through any necessary force.
Unusual Incidents Unit
Both organisations have worked together in the past, although the GOC has never considered it necessary to explain to the UIU, codeword "Renegade Latrans", exactly what it is.
The Violet
The GOC regards the Violet's incursion as a major threat, and will take all necessary measures to eradicate invading organisms.
Wilson's Wildlife Solutions
The GOC is not actively hostile towards WWS, but if given they opportunity they would most likely terminate most of the anomalous animals that WWS looks after.
Das Wunderkabinett
The GOC is tracking Das Wunderkabinett , codeword "Funke", but does not currently regard it as a high priority target. They use the St. Caesarius Hospital to monitor the group, as they do not yet know about the shop's ability to teleport.
Zero Team, Royal Hong Kong Police
Should the need arise, both organizations will cooperate to hunt down paranormal criminals.

- Formerly providing fast-food service only, Greazeburger's products are extremely variable and chaotic in nature. Partnerships with other GoIs are commonly seen.

Sarkic Cults
Herman Fuller once tried to use Sarkic magic to gain immortality. It didn't end well.

Unusual Incidents Unit
The Circus considers the UIU to be a non-threat, and will occasionally toy with any agents unfortunate enough to stumble into them. Circus folk occasionally refer to them as "the Ooweeoo", "the Flatfoots", and "the Mibs".

- Religious/philosophical system that encompasses a variety of traditions, beliefs, and spiritual practices, largely based on teachings attributed to “Grand Karcist Ion”.
- Primary deity is known as Yaldaboath (among other names), but this being is generally feared rather than worshipped.
- Founded in a rebellion against the Daevites described in SCP-140.
- Adherents practice ritual cannibalism, human sacrifice, corporeal augmentation, thaumaturgy, and dimensional manipulation.
- Capable of manipulating flesh, allowing some members to transcend human limitations, through argumentation to point where they become no longer human.
- Disease is viewed with reverence, as a means to "cull the weak" and therefore they actively seek to ensure its spread.
- Divided in two subsystems, Proto-Sarkicism and Neo-Sarkicism.
- Proto-Sarkic cults are cults often found in isolated villages, and reject technology and modernity.
- Neo-Sarkic cults can be found anywhere and are cosmopolitan, publicly embracing modernity and showing no apparent qualms with technology.

The Sarkic Cults towards other GoI

Church of the Broken God
Sarkicists bear no hatred against the Church of the Broken God, despite their ancient feud, and leave the Church alone except when attacked by them.
Cult of the Great Green God
In ancient times the forces of Adytum had altercations with the Cult.
The Daevites
The Sarkic people are ancient enemies of the Daeva, since the original followers of Sarkicism were enslaved by them until Grand Karcist Ion led a revolt against them. Confrontations between the two groups almost always led to bloodshed.
Division XXV
Sarkic Cults in the GDR were persecuted by Division XXV, posing as operatives of the Volkspolizei or in extreme cases the Nationale Volksarmee. This forced them to create steadily more and more effective means of concealment and offense, while Division XXV steadily improved its means of tracing the Sarkic Cults and capturing or killing them. Nowadays, the Sarkic Cults know about Division XXV and only show disdain towards its remains, especially anomalies created by research into Sarkic technology.
Grotto of Gangrenous God
Similarities between Sarkicism and the beliefs of the Grotto of Gangrenous God have been noted. Some Sarkicists would like to welcome members of this group into their communities, while others see it as a heretical distortion of the true faith.
The Hive
The Sarkicists view the Hive as a part of the Ikunaan, and most of the time are downright eager to welcome Hive members in their communities. Except those that manage to get on the Hive's bad side - they tend to go into hiding.
The Humanist Gentlemen
In rare encounters with the Humanist Gentleman, members of Sarkic Cults have expressed confusion regarding the Gentlemen's attachment of the human form.
Meat Circus
Many Sarkicists admire the artistry of the Meat Circus's "Mutators" and "Mages", although they find the religious beliefs of members of the Circus off-putting.
Noonday Oak Troupe
The Sarkicists does not care about NOTE, although the Troupe has been subject to disturbances by them.
SAPPHIRE
SAPPHIRE has carried out attacks on Sarkic groups, but is unable to infiltrate them, since that would require undergoing anomalous bodily modification. Sarkicists claim that SAPPHIRE poses no threat to them, but have still taken measures to conceal themselves better.

- Try to protect innocents from harm, but not anyone else.

The Serpent’s Hand towards other GoI

African Office of Occult Affairs
The Serpent's Hand, and especially their African members, were hostile to the AOOA, not only because of its suppression of the anomalous, but also because of its colonialist approach to the African continent.
Are We Cool Yet?
Many members of the Serpent's Hand are anartists, and a few of those are some of the more pacifistic members of Are We Cool Yet?
Association of Mutants
The Serpent's Hand supports the Association and its goals, and hopes to support them in making their Hidden City a safe place for all anomalous individuals.
Black Queen
Some versions of Alison Chau are members of the Serpent's Hand and so regarded favourably, but other versions of her will be treated differently depending on whether they have supported or opposed the Hand's goals.
Caecus Carneliana-Collective
The Hand and the Collective have much in common, and the German Tatzelwurm's Paw is interested in collaborating with them in actions against the Foundation.
The Chaos Insurgency
The Hand once tried to ally with the Chaos Insurgency, but when they discovered their true intentions, they shunned them and now refer to them as "The Madmen".
Church of the Broken God
While sceptical, members of the Serpent's Hand respect and are willing to listen to the Church's claims (as long as they're made peacefully), referring to them as "The Devout".
Dinodon’s Hand
Other branches of the Serpent's Hand recognized the declaration of the Korean Branch in 1910, and allowed them access to the Wanderer's Library. The Korean Serpent's Hand built a cooperative system with other Serpent's Hand groups in order to plan their common values. They are especially linked with the Japanese Aodoshi, and an Irish woman named Morrighan curently stays with the Korean Serpent's Hand and serves as a liaison between European and Korean groups.
Division XXV
The Serpent's Hand only learned about the full extend of the machinations of the Stasi after it's disbandment, and was horrified by it. It lists Division XXV as the "The Hidden Oppressors" and regard it with hate for extorting and bribing some of its members. It handles all anomalies of the Division it obtains like any other.
The Factory
The Serpent's Hand refers to the Factory as "The Robber Barons", describing it as a trans-universal amalgam of various successful businesses, and decrying it for its exploitation of the labour and bodies of its hired workers.
Fifth Church
The Serpent's Hand tolerates non-violent members of the Fifth Church.
The Fourth Reich
The diverse membership of the Serpent's Hand loathes the Fourth Reich and everything it stands for, but the Fourth Reich is too secretive for the Hand to be able to do much to stop them, besides watching out for any members that might try to use the Library. Unfortunately, they have no idea who these members even are.
Gamers Against Weed
The Serpent's Hand refers to them as Merrymakers, and neither opposes nor endorses their anomalous pranks.
Global Occult Coalition
The Serpent's Hand refers to the GOC as "The Bookburners", opposing the GOC's efforts to control the paranormal world and eliminate anything that they regard as a threat. The GOC is one of the few organisation that the Serpent's Hand hates even more than the Foundation, and members of the Serpent's Hand will oppose them whenever they have the opportunity.
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting
Herman Fuller was once part of the Serpent's Hand, but was banned from the Wanderers Library because he stole some of its books. Other performers for the Circus consider themselves members of the Serpent's Hand, and so the Circus as a whole is viewed with ambivalence.
The Hive
The Serpent’s Hand calls the Hive the "Emperor of Many Voices" and views it as a malicious being, bent on the eradication of free will. Telepaths are kept on hand to detect Hive members and keep them out of the Wanderers' Library. Some members of the Hand are more sympathetic to the Hive, but they're akways assumed to be compromised.
Horizon Initiative
Relations between the Serpent's Hand and the Horizon Initiative are sometimes cooperative, but sometimes hostile, since the Initiative is often overly zealous in the destruction of anomalous artefacts.
Humanist Gentlemen
Despite agreeing on many points, both organizations have an uneasy relationship with each other, alternating between allied and hostile. Spirited arguments have been heard in the Wanderer's Library on the relative importance of "humanity" and "personhood".
IJAMEA
The Serpent's Hand in Japan, the Aodoshi's Hand and especially their leader Ao, has opposed IJAMEA and their desire to control the paranormal, both historically and in the present.
Institut für menschliche Bildung und Weiterentwicklung
Although the Serpent's Hand agrees with many of the Institute's goals, most members are appalled by Professor Voss's unethical methods.
Noonday Oak Troupe
Some of the more artistically inclined members of the Serpent's Hand attend performances by NOTE, and a few are even members of both groups.
Office for the Reclamation of Islamic Artifacts
Relations between the Hand and ORIA are sometimes hostile, but sometimes cooperative.
Mages Academy
Cells of the Serpent's Hand that follow their Charter on magic maintain a good relationship with the Mages Academy. However, cells that use black magic, want the anomalous to be widely known, or feel that the Academy is too willing to cooperate with the Foundation have a strained or even hostile relationship with the Academy.
Manna Charitable Foundation
The Serpent's Hand has neutral-to-friendly relations with the Manna Charitable Foundation, supporting its use of anomalies to help people, but sometimes seeing it as too careless to actually be beneficial.
Marshall, Carter and Dark
The Serpent's Hand refers to Marshall, Carter and Dark Ltd. as "The Merchants", regarding them as the latest of many purveyors of the paranormal. The Serpent's Hand observes a truce while within the library, but outside of the Library, members of the Serpent's Hand have violently clashed with MC&D agents on multiple occasions.
Meat Circus
The Russian Branch of the Serpent's Hand refers to the Meat Circus as "Butchers". Some members of the Hand admire their work, but others are only disgusted.
"Nobody"
Members of the Serpent's Hand are in contact with Nobody.
Prometheus Labs
Members of the Serpent's Hand refer to Prometheus Labs as "the Pilferers", because like their namesake Prometheus they've stolen fire from the gods and are expected to face dire consequences.
Polish Anomalous Mushroom Picking Association (PZGA)
The Kapuza Bazyliszka (The Basilisk's Cowl), a Polish sect of the Serpent's Hand, is friendly towards the Association, encouraging their interest in the anomalous (even if it is very specific).
SAPPHIRE
Members of the Serpent's Hand have referred to SAPPHIRE as "The Deniers", mocking them for their fervent disbelief in the paranormal, yet still regarding them as a significant threat to both magic users and religious believers.
Shark Punching Center
The Serpent's Hand refers to the SPC as "The Boxers". Members of the Serpent's Hand who are sharks or shark-kin have very unfavourable views of the SPC.
Technothaumaturges
The goals and methods of the Technothaumaturges are approved of by most members of the Serpent's hand, and the two groups have shared information on magical technology and on shared enemies.
Tsar's Seers
The relationship between the Seers and the Hand is complicated. Although they strive for cooperation, there are ongoing disputes over who anomalous objects held by each group really belong to.
The Unusual Incidents Unit
Although the Serpent's Hand has to avoid the UIU, referred to simply as the "Feds", in order to not be arrested as para-criminals, the Hand's use of magic and anomalous Ways makes evading the under-funded UIU rather easy, and they don't consider them a particularly dangerous threat.
The Wandsmen
The Wandsmen and The Serpent's Hand both have access to the Wanderer's Library and maintain good relations, but their organisations have different aims.
Das Wunderkabinett
The Serpent's Hand regards Das Wunderkabinett favourably, and has worked with them on projects in the past.

Division XXV
The Shark Punching Center is in search for remains of Division XXV in their universes to repurpose and recreate them for more effective shark punching.
Gamers Against Weed
The SPC regards the Great American Watchmen as an upstanding association dedicated to preserving cultural purity.
The Hive
Hives in SPC Universes are the target of heists to steal equipment, for example this "totally rad sub" (as it is called by SPC operatives).
Marshall, Carter and Dark
The SPC regards minions of Marlin, Darter and Carp Ltd. with contempt, beating them up and leaving them in the trash, but the designer shark produced by Marshall, Carter and Shark Ltd. are a cause for concern.
Sarkic Cults
The Sharkic Cults are one of the greatest threats to the SPC, and are punched with extreme prejudice.

- Will kill anyone as long as the price is right.

Valravn Corporation towards other GoI

The Three Moons Initiative
Both groups hold personal grudges against each other due to allegations of copyright infringement, and will destroy any operatives of one another if found.
Primordial
Primordial is one of the main competitors of Valravn on the global stage. It professes (at least on paper) a commitment to human rights that starkly contrast with Valravn's more amoral tendencies.
A.R.G.U.S.
A.R.G.U.S. secularism contrasts with Valravn's mysticism, however, both organizations share a focus on maximizing profit disregarding human cost. The relation between the two PMCs is highly pragmatic and situational, sometimes as competitors, other times as customers of each other services..
Raptor Tec. Industries
Raptor Tec. is considered a rival group due to them selling weaponry to known opponents of Valravn. However, there have been attempts to recruit Raptor Tec. as a supplier, which failed because of RTI's military neutrality.

- Produces and distributes "cursed" media (including film, radio and TV).
- Active since the 1950s.
- Their productions are often unsettling or gruesome, and have anomalous effects on the viewer/listener.
- Corporate structure, mode of operation and overall mission are completely unknown.
- Seems to have a sick sense of humour and a total disregard for human life.

- Extradimensional journalists and archivists.
- Members undergo a transformation, giving them avian features and anomalous abilities.
- Spreading knowledge about the anomalous causes conflict with the Foundation mission to preserve normalcy.
- Allied with the Foundation at times, since a lot would be lost if the Foundation failed to protect Earth.
- Tries to protect the innocent, although they prioritise the preservation of knowledge.

The Wandsmen towards other GoI

Church of the Second Hytoth
The Wandsmen are familiar with the beliefs of the Church of the Second Hytoth, and have even interviewed a being from the First Hytoth.
Doctor Wondertainment
The Wandsmen have published reviews of products distributed by Doctor Wondertainment.
The Fifth Church
The Wandsmen have published a pathetic attempt to explain Fifthism, and still don't really understand it.
ECO Press
The Wandsmen are interested in the publications of ECO Press, but definitely categorise them as "dangerous knowledge".
Global Occult Coalition
The Wandsmen acknowledge that the GOC does a lot to preserve knowledge (and human life), but they intend to keep these "Bookburners" away from their archives.
The Hive
The Hive infiltrated the Wandsmen to gather information on the multiverse. Recruiting goes slowly because the Wandsmen have advanced protective measures and rarely stay in the same place for long, and because the Wandsmen are very interested in identifying Hive Members so that they can interview them about what it's like to be part of a gestalt consciousness.
The Serpent's Hand
The Wandsmen and The Serpent's Hand both have access to the Wanderer's Library and maintain good relations. However, while both groups value knowledge, their organisations have different aims.

Wilsons Wildlife Solutions towards other GoI

8th Department of National Security Bureau, R. O. C.
Wilson’s Wildlife Solutions got attacked by the Department, but much to its chagrin managed to show it that "being nice" is not necessarily synonymous to "being defenseless".
Ambrose Resturants
After what happened last time, WWS is going to be very careful to never let anyone associated with Ambrose Resturants adopt any of their animals ever again.
Division XXV
Wilson’s Wildlife Solutions does not have anything to do with Division XXV for the most part, except if they come across.
The Hive
Wilson’s Wildlife Solutions is by contract forbidden to accept any sort of support from the Hive. This is met with some backlash from a part of the staff.
Doctor Wondertainment
To date, there has only been one recorded interaction between WWS and the Dr. Wondertainment Company, and WWS has been forbidden from engaging in further interaction.
The Shark Punching Center
WWS has had to take precautions to protect their sharks from agents of the SPC.
Unusual Incidents Unit
The UIU regards WWS as a low-cost way to ensure that the anomalous is concealed, and have taken an interest in some of their animals.
Das Wunderkabinett
Ms Mirabilis once adopted one of the animals, which later became a full member of the cabinet.
