Are We Cool Yet? |
---|
Several members of Are We Cool Yet? defected to Annihilism, presumably out of hatred for humanity. |
Division XXV |
Annihilism clashed repeatedly with forces of Division XXV, but since they used various guises, never found out about it. It sometimes finds some of its artifacts and tries to use them to further its own goals. |
The Hive |
Annihilism hates the Hive with all its might, because of its meddling in its affairs and occasionally stealing members. |

- Ukrainian institution for the collection, research and elimination of the anomalous. - Abbreviated DAT SSU. - Relatively incompetent due to a lack of funds and experience, still sometimes faster to respond than other anomalous groups. - Tries to avoid engagement with highly dangerous anomalies. Has arrangements with the Foundation to research and monitor safe and moderately dangerous anomalies - Hostile towards anomalous groups who threaten Ukraine, but neutral or even cooperative towards all others. - Allied with the Foundation. - Tries to avoid harming civilians. |

Division XXV |
---|
The DAT SSU was aware of the Stasi but not of Division XXV, with which they only cooperated under the broad term "Stasi" a few times. Since Division XXV’s dissolution, the Department collected a few of its artifacts for study, or to give them to the Foundation. |
The Hive |
Hive infiltrators inside the department are a continuous problem. Counter strategies are still being devised. |

Church of the Broken God |
---|
Despite their similar goals the Robotic republic and the Church of the Broken God are divided on technological and philosophical questions. |
Division XXV |
The Robotic Republic knows of Division XXV thanks to some of its creations in its ranks. It tries to find as many artefacts of it as possible. |
The Hive |
The Hive is seen as an especially hard obstacle on the way to eradicate Humanity by the Robotic Republic. Standing order are immediate extermination. |

These have drawbacks and require various offerings, such as animal sacrifices, or sacrifices of more abstract things like personality traits. - Anomalies are procured from other worlds. - Hostile towards other religious groups. - Hostile towards of the Foundation, although respectful. - Not completely amoral, but human life can be sacrificed to achieve their goals. |

Division XXV |
---|
While not aware of Division XXV, Shining Lord was still hostile towards the Stasi because they were persecuted on the territory of the GDR. |
The Hive |
The Shining Lord tried to infiltrate the Hive for its own gain to no avail. For now it concentrates on counterintelligence against Hive infiltrators. |
Political Organisation of the Rukh “Angriff” (P.O.R.A.) | ||

|
- Nationalistic Eurocentric liberal-right terrorist organisation. - Extremely antagonistic to everything and everyone they consider Russian or pro-Russian. - Hosts members of different GoIs, the ideological prerequisite being the only one. - Divided into two parts: Rukh "Angriff", a radical liberal right organisation, performing public and non-anomalous activities and acting as P.O.R.A.’s public front, proxy, foot soldiers and recruitment initiative; and the Political Organisation itself, acting as the Rukh’s elite and secretive leadership. Knowledge of the anomalous is usually only provided to P.O.R.A. members, although select Angriff operatives receive limited information on a need-to-know basis. - Funds come from crowdfunding, pro-Ukrainian oligarchs and entrepreneurs, the Democratic Party of the USA, George Soros, extortion of “ideologically compromised” businesses and minor operations on the anomalous black market. - Ties with Yuschenko and Poroshenko governments and affiliates, employed by them for black operations. - Anomalies used are either easy to control or have predictable results. - Own production capacities are mostly limited to anart, as well as simple thaumaturgical and Sarkic rituals; most are procured or received from third parties. |

The SCP Foundation |
---|
Being a relatively young and small group, P.O.R.A. sees the Foundation not so much as an enemy, but as a powerful threat to its operations. Therefore, P.O.R.A. keeps low profile and avoids direct confrontation, unless it is necessary for accomplishing a particular goal. In latter cases, it usually resorts to diversions, as well as clandestine and false-flag operations, to avoid attracting the unnecessary attention of the global power. A number of Foundation facilities in the former USSR has been successfully infiltrated by P.O.R.A. sleeper agents through the use of SCP-046-UA, though naturally it is more prevalent in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. |
The Global Occult Coalition |
---|
As P.O.R.A. actively uses the anomalous to try and topple the regional status quo, it puts the Organisation in direct, lasting and uncompromising confrontation with the GOC. Among other things, GOC was responsible for replacing/resurrecting Russian President Putin after five successful assassination attempts by P.O.R.A. Therefore, the relationship between the two organisations may be best described as “kill or be killed”. In its current state, however, P.O.R.A.’s ability to retaliate is extremely limited – in no way can its power be compared to the myriad of occult sects and nations comprising the UNGOC – so it is forced to act in extreme secrecy under the radar. The Coalition may have suffered the same infiltration the Foundation did, with the additional pressure from its compromised governmental connections. |
The Chaos Insurgency |
P.O.R.A. regularly cooperates with the CI, though the extent of said cooperation is a subject for discussion. Some experts say that the CI supplies P.O.R.A. with weapons and anomalies in exchange for favours (such as stealing a particular SCP item from the Foundation or attacking a particular facility) and from sympathy to its goals – after all, organisations share a lot of similarities in their approach to the anomalous, as well as in the list of antagonists. Other experts consider P.O.R.A. to simply be a marionette organisation, controlled and used by the CI for its nefarious purposes. |
