The Chicago Spirit
The GOC has only mimited information about both the Chicago Sprit and the Chicago Spectre, but will and did strike both when it gets a target.
Church of the Broken God
The Church and the GOC are enemies, due to the GOCs dogma requiring them to destroy or take in anomalies created or worshipped by the followers of Mekhane.
The Civilian
The Global Occult Coalition denies claims saying that some members of The Civilian are former COC applicants and and defends against the most raids by it.
Deer College
The GOC Sponsors Deer Colleges Rival ICSUT.
The Factory
The GOC frantically tries to acquire more information about the Factory so it knows were to strike.

The Humanist Gentlemen have been placed under an arrest warranty by the Global Occult Coalition, being described as a significant menace to normalcy.
Korean Serpent’s Hand
Given that the Korean Serpent's Hand is part of the Serpent's Hand, it is one of the GOC's primary targets.
Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd.
The GOC is wary of Marshall, Carter, and Dark's financial and political power and keeps conflicts to a minimum unless attacked.
OBSKURA
OBSKURA is a well known enemy to the Global Occult Coalition and is the target of several paramilitary operations.

The GOC keeps tabs on the activity of Scarlet Hammer, but only rarely intervenes.
Section XXV
The GOC only leaned about Section XXV through an information exchange with the Foundation, due to Section XXV having, for the main-part, avoided the organisation during its entire existence. Now, it tries to seek out and destroy or use its anomalies.
Serpent's Hand
Given their clashing dogmas, both organisations are a high priority target of each other and will attack each other when given the chance.

GRU Division "P" only found out about Section XXV long after its disbandment and started searching for its anomalies for study and containment.

Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd.
The Circus has been known to purchase anomalies from MC&D, usually on the pretense of "rescuing" them. Circus folk refer to them as "Emcee D", "Mickey D's", and "the rich kids".
Meat Circus
Herman Fuller was known to have employed a former members of the Meat Circus. Their trademark black metal was used to construct SCP-1695.
Sarkic Cults
Herman Fuller once tried to use Sarkic magic to gain immortality. It didn't end well.
Section XXV
The Circus tried to avoid the GDR because it would in most cases get attacked by the Deutsche Volkspolizei. It never realized that it was actually Section XXV and therefore only happens upon its remains by chance.
Serpent's Hand
Herman Fuller can't identify with the beliefs of the Serpents hand and keeps his distance from it. Probably also because he stole several books from it.
Unusual Incidents Unit
The Circus considers the UIU to be a non-threat, and will occasionally toy with any agents unfortunate enough to stumble into them. Circus folk occasionally refer to them as "the ooweeoo", "the flatfoots", and "the mibs".

The Hive is a persistent thorn in the flesh of the remains of IJAMEA. The Kagure Shogun is aware of their infiltration and tries to couteract or even use it for IJAMEA’s own gain.

In the 1920s-30s, the Korean Serpent’s Hand was one of the main enemies of IJAMEA in the Korean Anarchistic Resistance.

The Hive is a supporter of the Foundations endeavors, putting it on good standing with its personell. The Manna Charitable Foundation is also happy that the Hive gets much support from the people it helps and tries to improve their live situation.

The Manna Charitable Foundation is hostile towards Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. because it views it as its moral antithesis.
Noonday Oak Troupe
The Manna Charitable Foundation has a friendly attitude towards NOTE, thinking their goals are similar.
Section XXV
The Manna Charitable Foundation launched a few operations in the GDR, causing a few incidents until Section XXV got fed up from covering up its mess and catching the ones responsible and simply barred every known asset of the Manna Charitable Foundation from entering East-Germany. The Manna Charitable Foundation never found out who was responsible for its exclusion and disregards most of the Sections anomalies, since they are harmful.
Sleeves Rolled Up Club
The Manna Charitable Foundation had once accepted Sleeves Rolled Up Club's donations, but blacklisted them after SRUC's products had caused abominable effects.

Other means of manipulation are being discussed.
Humanist Gentlemen
The Humanist Gentlemen and Marshall, Carter and Dark Ltd. trade information and anomalies with each other since the 19th century. They share many of their members.

Unless they forgot to put it in place at the right time. The Hive is a constant thorn in the side of OBSKURA. The leaders are devising plans about how to go up against the Hive effectively but for now the course of action is shooting on sight.
Section XXV
OBSKURA's operations in the GDR had only mediocre success, because it was a priority target of Section XXV. Because the Section always posed as the Volkspolizei or the Nationale Volksarmee when engaging, OBSKURA never became aware of it, until it found and started collecting its remains after the Section vanished.

Mentioning the Hive is a good way to make ORIA staff angry, because the Hive keeps messing around with the Office. ORIA has set out for a complete erradication of the Hive in Iran and surrounding states.

The ORIA an SAPPHIRE are extremely hostile towards each other, both leading terrorists attacks against their opponent.
Section XXV
Both groups did not interact much with each other, only when ORIA tried to acquire the same anomalies as Section XXV, which led the oftentimes bloody confrontations. Today, ORIA still has no clue about Section XXV and uses anomalies of it, which were acquired on the black market.

Sarkicists bear no hatred against the Church of the Broken God despite their ancient feud and leave them alone, except when attacked.
Cult of the Great Green God
In ancient times the forces of Adytum had altercations with the Cult.
The Daevites
The sarkic people don't like the Daeva, which enslaved their people until the Great Karcist Ion revolted against them. Confrontations between the two were almost ensured to end in blood.
The Hive
The Sarkics view the Hive as a part of the Ikunaan and most of the time are downright eager to welcome Hive members in their communities. Except those that manage to get on the Hives bad side. Those tend to go into hiding.

The Sarkicists does not care about NOTE, the Troupe being subject to disturbances of them.
Section XXV
Sarkic Cults in the GDR were persecuted by Section XXV, posing as operatives of the Volkspolizei or in extreme cases the Nationale Volksarmee. This forced them to create steadily more and more effective means of concealment and offense, while Section XXV steadily improved its means of tracing the Sarkic Cults and capturing or killing them. Nowadays, the Sarkic Cults know about Section XXV and only show disdain towards its remains, especially anomalies created by research into sarkic technology.

The Hive
The Serpent’s Hand calls the hive the "Emperor of Many Voices" and views it as a malicious being, bent on the erradication of free will. Requests for peacefull relationships are all turned down in the process and also because the Wander’s Library gets time and time again visited by Hive infiltrators. The Serpent’s Hand always keeps Telepaths ready to detect them.
Humanist Gentlemen
Despite sharing several viewpoints, both organizations have an unsteady relationship with each other, alternating between allied and hostile.
Korean Serpent’s Hand
Other Serpent's Hands had recognized the Korean Serpent's Hands declaration in 1910 and allowed them access to the Wanderer's Library. The Korean Serpent's Hand built a cooperative system with other Serpent's Hands in order to plan their common values. Especially, they bound up with European Serpent's Hand. Only after it's disbandment, the Serpent's Hand learned about the full extend of the machinations of the Stasi and was horrified by it. It lists Section XXV as the "The Hidden Oppressors" and regard it with hate for extorting and bribing some of its members. It still handles all anomalies of the Section it gets ahold of like any other.

Although both organisations encountered and collaborated with each other in the past, the UIU is still unaware of what the GOC even is. All that the UIU knows is that the GOC outranks it and works for the government.

The Circus is subject to an investigation by the UIU.
The Hive
The Hive is subject of a painfully slow investigation by the UIU.
Section XXV
The UIU only became aware of Section XXV after being told about it by the Foundation, and since then watches out for its remains. While it still existed, it came to clashes between the two, which were covered up by the Section.

- Founded by Tim Wilson
- Fpoundation made the Boring Agreement, through which Wilson's Wildlife Solutions is supervised by MTF Beta-4 ("Castaways"), local to Site-64, and is allowed to handle containment of Safe or Euclid fauna based anomalies with varying degrees of Foundation intervention, amendments are made as neccesary.
