Harold A. Heasman

Harold A. Heasman was a Foundation employee from the United States. High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs of the Foundation (19██-19██). He led the establishment of the Japanese branch of the Foundation after World War II as the chairman of the Japanese branch Preparatory Committee under the direction of O5-11, who was in charge of the establishment of the 81 district (Site-81 divisions). He served as a provisional director of the Far East Archipelago until the inauguration of the 81 district (December 31, 1945). His current whereabouts are unknown.
