Special Containment Procedures: The Foundation has conducted a joint operation with local government to set up fences and signs barring out civilians from the mountainous region of 10km square surrounding SCP-003-VN, disguising it in the name of governmental research and ecological conservation complex, with armed personnel guarding the area at all time. Researches conducted from within SCP-003-VN-1 must be authorized by at least two Level 3 Senior Researchers, all electronic devices are prohibited, and all notes must be recorded by hand. Motor vehicles used to transport equipments as well as personnel must stop at least 2km from SCP-003-1. Helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles are also prohibited from operating in the region. Radar has been set across the containment area, and all attempts to breach it aerially into 500 meters radius range of SCP-003-VN-1 are to be shot down.
Regional researchers must immediately report to Foundation agents at the nearby Hydrometeorological Centre should there be any unusual activities of SCP-003-VN-2 and SCP-003-VN-3, so that preparation can be made to respond to possible extreme weather events.
Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-003-VN-3, any personnel deemed sensitive to telepathic agents are not allowed to operate in the region. If a personnel comes into contact with SCP-003-VN-3's extrasensory, they must be quarantined, interrogated, and provided Class-B amnestics if necessary.
Description: SCP-003-VN-1 is the designation for an area of 6km square, located at the █████ mountainous forest, Vietnam. There is a radiation of unknown wavelength emitted from the inside of this area, which could jam all types of electronic devices. The influence of this radiation increases as it moves deeper into the central region, inhabited by instances of SCP-003-VN-2 và SCP-003-VN-3. There, all electronic devices would be damaged completely.
SCP-003-VN-2 is a group of fifty primates, whose appearances are similar to the Trachypithecus delacouri (Delacour's langur), with the difference being their crimson fur. Instances of SCP-003-VN-2 possess fundamental behaviors identical to regular apes, including food gathering, communication through gestures between instance, analysis of their organic waste also did not detect any abnormal substance in the food they consumed compared to other apes. However, it seemed that SCP-003-VN-2 instances do not have a gender, as they have no genital nor have they develope mating behavior. Further observation concluded that all SCP-003-VN-2 instances possess completely matching identification between individuals, such as dark and pale areas on the fur, and birthmarks on the skin… DNA analysis of shed fur hair samples from several random specimen has revealed that the genomes of SCP-003-VN-2 were a complete match in terms of hereditary information. This led to a speculation that all 50 instances of SCP-003-VN-2 are monozygotic, or more accurately, possibly asexual reproduction.
SCP-003-VN-3 is a special specimen of the same species as SCP-003-VN-2, the only confirmed female instance due to the appearance of its observed breast and genital. SCP-003-VN-3 seemed to be the matriarch of the group, notable for a tuft of hair growing from the top of its forehead (it is unsure if this is fur or feather), and the submissive attitude from SCP-003-VN-2 for it. Although the genome of SCP-003-VN-3 is similar with other SCP-003-VN-2 instances, it is not a match, showing that they are blood related. SCP-003-3 is believed to have telepathic communication ability which affects those who are sensitive to it.
The main anomalous property of SCP-003-VN-2 and SCP-003-VN-3 can be clearly exhibited when there is an intrusion into the SCP-003-VN-1 region, such as deforestation, the hunting of animals within the area, or the presence of motor vehicles. SCP-003-VN-3 would then gather all 50 SCP-003-VN-2 instances, then turn to the east and begin to howl. Unlike the howl from regular apes, sound researchers, and even Foundation linguists, concluded that SCP-003-VN-3 and SCP-003-VN-2's howl has ranges, rhythm, intensity, and pitch, similar to the calling behavior in language communication. After 24 hours, a tropical depression would form off the coast of the Vietnam's East Sea1 and move inland. Depending on the time and the rhythm of SCP-003-VN-3 and SCP-003-VN-2's howl, this tropical depression would either fade away or strengthen into a hurricane, inflicting damages to the region. However, there are certain reasons to believe that this weather phenomenon might have not been caused by SCP-003-VN-3 and SCP-003-VN-2's anomalous property, but by [DATA REDACTED].
If any individual carrying a weapon enters SCP-003-VN-1 with the intent to directly harm SCP-003-VN-2 or SCP-003-VN-3, such as to capture or to kill them, the subject would start to show symptoms of dizziness, vomiting, internal bleeding, and unconsciousness, before suddenly disappearing from sight. After 10 to 20 hours, the subjecct would reappear outside of the area in the state of death or psychosis, circumstances varied.
SCP-003-VN was discovered during the Vietnam War, when cases of deaths and mental disorders suddenly increased as American soldiers operated in the region, along with rise in storm intensity. With reports sent by Foundation agents working undercover in the military, a task forces was deployed to confirm SCP-003-VN's existence. Through [DATA REDACTED] efforts, after the war ended, the Foundation has cooperated with local government to place SCP-003-VN under containment.

Preface: On 19/04/19██, Doctor ███ Nguyễn was missing during his operation in SCP-003-VN-1. 18 hours later, he was found in an unconscious state, 1km east of SCP-003-VN-1. There was no sign of injury on Doctor ███ Nguyễn's body. After a month of treatment, he regained his consciousness and confirmed that he had had a telepathic conversation with SCP-003-VN-3. The below interview was conducted to confirm that conversation.

Doctor ███ Nguyễn: I'm fine… it's just… no, I'm fine.

Doctor ███ Nguyễn: I… I was surveying the area as usual, collecting datas, recording stuff, you know, that was when She came beside me, and touched me…
S.R. Williams Dors: She? You means SCP-003-VN-3?
Doctor ███ Nguyễn: SCP…? Ah, right, it's Her, She touched me, right at that moment, my mind was covered by Her subconscious. I think She wanted to show me.
S.R. Williams Dors: She wanted to show you what?
Doctor ███ Nguyễn: Everything, Mr. Dors, everything. Memories, emotions, Her thoughts all covered on me. For all this time, centuries? Millenniums? As old as this very land…
S.R. Williams Dors: Calm down Doctor, so through physical interaction, SCP-003-VN-3's telepathic ability had taken over your mind?
Doctor ███ Nguyễn: No! You misunderstood! My mind was still mine, it was like sitting in the theater, though not exactly, it likes as if I was looking at everything through her world view.
S.R. Williams Dors: And what did you see?
Doctor ███ Nguyễn: A lot, from geological changes, vast forests, wars, ancient people worshiping Her… but it was mostly emotion. She was in pain, and lost. Having to separate from her life partner along with their children, because they was too ancient, too powerful, and too different to possibly live together. Those events have passed by thousands of years now, but her emotion still stays the same. And She was angry, angry because of the foolishness of the people on this land, of those who shared a small fraction of Her bloodline. At time like that, She and the children would give out call to Her life partner far away to punish them. Whenever She calls out, He wil answer.
S.R. Williams Dors: She… and He? Who exactly are they?
