SCP-069-DE-J

Item #: SCP-069-DE-J

Object Class: Keter Neutralized

Special Containment Procedures: After SCP-069-DE-J successfully went offline at the 24/03/2020, no security or containment measures are required and will be discontinued. However, if SCP-069-DE-J reappears in any form, containment procedures from Revision 74 are to be re-established and maintained until SCP-069-DE-J has been neutralized again. All employees are to be inoculated with one of the three vaccines; "069-DE-J Alpha/Beta/Gamma" against the memetic effect of SCP-069-DE-J. The agent "069-DE-J-Gamma" has been administered to all AI-systems of a QUEX quantum computer in digital form, as the memetic effect seemed to also made an impact on further developed artificial intelligences.

Description: SCP-069-DE-J designates an adaptive website with the title "OnlySCPs". So far, determining the programming language SCP-069-DE-J has been written in is impossible, as the site prevents an analysis of all data, but it is presumed to have been coded in HTML5. Data transfer to this site was encrypted with an unknown encoding. But HTTPS has not been supported by the pages of SCP-069-DE-J and was instead abbreviated with "httpdrcs". The page URL of SCP-069-DE-J mostly appears as or its iterations on the basis of the following: "httpdrcs://[REDACTED]". To date, decrypting the encoding of SCP-069-DE-J in any way has failed. 84 different hyperlinks and iterations of SCP-069-DE-J could be found and deleted thus far, but it seems that, once they were deleted, the new iteration instantaneously appears after deletion. In the process, the content of the whole page, including the user's contact details will be saved. SCP-069-DE-J is presumed to have been programmed by Dr. Chaos, given his name's presence inside the imprint.

The substance of SCP-069-DE-J consisted of pornographic contents of every nature. On SCP-069-DE-J, users could create an account of their choice, as well as close it again, should they chose to make no more use of the "services" by SCP-069-DE-J. There are two different kinds of accounts, which are designated as SCP-069-DE-J-1 and SCP-069-DE-J-2 hereafter. Users who create an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account have the opportunity to upload contents in form of texts, images, and/or videos to SCP-069-DE-J and make them available to owners of an SCP-069-DE-2 account for a consideration. This consideration is known as a transfer of specific monetary amount, which is set by the owners of SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts. Said monetary amount moves in an interval from €5 to €100 and is transferred monthly to the owner of an SCP-069-DE-1 account. The latter is granted full access to the contents of the SCP-069-DE-1 account. However, the user is unable to save the contents, photograph them via screenshot, and/or record the contents with a recording program in video format. Recordings using an external camera also seem to be impossible. This is assumed to be an anomalous effect. It should also be noted that the money transferred by SCP-069-DE-2 users does not appear to be transferred to the bank account of the SCP-069-DE-J-1 owner but the one by the German Foundation.

However, this property was not why SCP-069-DE-J was actively contained by the Foundation. For unknown reasons, the SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts were exclusively comprised of anomalies registered, contained and cataloged by the Foundation. Thus, pornographic contents of most primary and secondary anomalies inside every Foundation organization can be consumed. According to investigations, the anomalies afflicted did, however, not operate those accounts, with the majority vehemently denying ownership of a SCP-069-DE-J-1 account. Tests show non-hazardous consumption of the contents of SCP-069-DE-J is possible in spite of some memetic properties of the "original" anomalies, as no anomalous effect have an impact on the observer.

Although the contents on SCP-069-DE-J have no anomalous effects themselves, it did seem to cause an addictive, memetic effect in visitors of the site. Visitors who once had access to SCP-069-DE-J will create a SCP-069-DE-J-2 account with a probability of 94% and enter the financial data required. Afterwards, it seems to be up to the visitor which SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts they "subscribe to" and the amount they are willing to submit to said account every month. It should be noted in this context that manual raise by the SCP-069-DE-J-2 account owner of the monetary amount will become more likely with increasing duration in order to unlock additional contents. "Victims" also seem to attempt content consumption several times a day, with the affectedee's productivity decreasing drastically.

This memetic effect also seemed to have an impact on more advanced AIs, as, upon utilization of Security-AI "KIRA" for employee security, the latter created both an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account as well as an SCP-069-DE-J-1 account in a span of three days. To gather enough money for her subscribed channels, she sell and technically blocked links to Foundation employees and allowed them to access them. In addition, she uploaded images from her QUEX quantum computer casing and/or fragments from her source code to the aforementioned SCP-069-DE-J-1 account. Archive-AI "KAI", for reasons hitherto unknown, created an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account shortly thereafter.1 KAI, in order to view the contents of the SCP-069-DE-J-2 account he subscribed to, tapped on the bank account of the German Foundation.

Discovery: SCP-069-DE-J was first sighted when one staff member unintentionally accessed said page in the Site-DE3 cafeteria and proceeded to [REDACTED]. Other employees who were apparently present in the cafeteria gathered around the staff member and also observed SCP-069-DE-J, leading to the entire personal present in the cafeteria being subjected to the memetic effect of SCP-069-DE-J and compelled to create an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account. After one week, SCP-069-DE-J spread to seven German sites. The first distinctive feature of SCP-069-DE-J became apparent when the account statement obtained by O4-1 at the local bank at the time showed several transfers from a source to the account of the German SCP Foundation. In total, there were ████ different sources that transferred an amount in the ████-digit range in the first month. This amount exponentially increased the month SCP-069-DE-J was most active.
