Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1321-JP is stored in a small storage locker in Area-81JH. Permission from the staff member in charge is needed to use SCP-1321-JP for experiments. SCP-1321-JP is contained in a standard humanoid containment room in Area-81JH. They are to be given staff standard meals 3 times per day.
Description: SCP-1321-JP is a liquid stored in liquor bottles. It’s known to possess 60% alcohol content, but is otherwise composed of unknown ingredients. An individual who ingests SCP-1321-JP (Hereafter referred to as SCP-1321-JP-1) has all major internal organs, except for the brain, covered in a double layered film of coagulated blood. This makes them highly resistant to heat and shock. In addition, an abrupt deterioration of the cerebral cortex is appreciated within 24 hours of SCP-1321-JP ingestion, resulting in the loss of normal thought faculties. A feature of SCP-1321-JP-1 is that all individuals recovered were aged 6 to 15.
SCP-1321-JP and SCP-1321-JP-1 was discovered during the investigation of an individual named “Hashizume”, who was thought to be a member of the Sekiryu Club, after detecting a connection to the anomalous cuisine and restaurant group “Brother’s Foodstuffs” by Agent Shitami, who was undercover as bodyguard of “Hashizume” and caretaker of “Hashizume”’s daughter. An investigation following this led to the discovery of SCP-1321-JP and SCP-1321-JP-1 at a Brother’s Foodstuffs’ store.

[Waiter cuts off all of SCP-1321-JP-1’s limbs with a butcher’s knife. SCP-1321-JP-1 sheds tears, but shows no other physiological responses.]
Hashizume: Ah, splendid. [Applauds]
Waiter: Thank you, sir. For the sake of keeping the smell of blood, the bleeding won’t be stopped. Instead, we’ll move onto the cooking stage as is.
Hashizume: Please, do continue.
Waiter: Understood. First, we remove the unnecessary organs. At this moment, we pay special attention to the removal of the diaphragm so as to not damage the essential organs. The removed organs have been treated with a special process by the Japan Organisms Improvement and Creation Laboratory, so they can be eaten raw. Once the organs have been removed, we chop up rice, onions, carrots, and celery, and we stuff them inside the body.

PS: Agent Shitami requested and was granted amnestic treatment following return. The effects of consuming SCP-1321-JP-1 on the body are currently under investigation. SCP-1321-JP is believed to be related to “Brother’s Foodstuffs” as well as to JOICL.
Later, multiple instances of SCP-1321-JP and SCP-1321-JP-1 were discovered at the “Brother’s Foodstuffs” building on a following investigation, although the “Brother’s Foodstuffs” employee could not be located. most SCP-1321-JP-1 were identified, although no missing reports were ever filed. Currently, an investigation on “Brother’s Foodstuffs” is being carried out in parallel through an undercover investigation of the Sekiryu Club.
PS: During a background check on PoI-81-055 ”Nanba Kenji”, information which seemed to be related to “Brother’s Foodstuffs” was discovered. Below is information material recovered by the Foundation’s department of intelligence.
Medicine with similar effects was discovered within JOICL by an undercover agent. The medicine did not contain alcohol, and was capable of protecting internal organs from heat and shock, but didn’t atrophy the cerebral cortex. According to the recovered documents, the medicine was developed with the goal of protecting internal organ damage during accidents, and it is understood it was not created to be used by “Brother’s Foodstuffs”.
