Item #: SCP-3205-JP

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: A small metal fence is to surround SCP-3205-JP, stopping the general public from entering or dropping anything in. If an anomaly is detected by the motion sensors or surveillance cameras installed within the perimeter, relevant personnel stationed at the nearby Site-81██ will respond and, if necessary, visit the location.

If a person drops an item into SCP-3205-JP (The person hereafter referred to as the subject), the item will disappear after approx. 3 days, and reappear within the subject’s vicinity shortly afterwards. Experiment Log 3205-JP-1

Subject: D-28595

Method: D-28595 is to drop a 100 yen coin into SCP-3205-JP.

Result: After approx. 70 hours, the 100 yen coin disappeared from SCP-3205-JP, and shortly after, a water-soaked 100 yen coin appeared at the rim of the washbasin D-28595 used.

Note: The 100 yen coin that appeared was the same as the one dropped into SCP-3205-JP. The water coating the coin was similar in water quality to the one within SCP-3205-JP. Based on this, it’s believed the coin had moved locations.

A girl from the village, while traversing the mountains, lost her hairpin in a pond, and was saddened by it. Three days later, she found her hairpin in the well near her house, and was overjoyed.
According to the village’s elder, who also was the girl’s grandfather, this was the work of a kind pond deity, a spirit of one who had long passed.

Discovery: SCP-3205-JP was discovered in connection with a murder that took place on 20██/06/15. The suspect, Onoe Naoya (30), admitted to killing his wife, Onoe Anri (28), and dumping her body into SCP-3205-JP. With the exception of Onoe Naoya, all involved parties, including those involved in the investigation were given class-C amnestization, and the event was covered up through the use of a cover story.
The following is an interview with Onoe Naoya, who appeared to be under the influence of SCP-3205-JP.

Interview Log 3205-JP

Interviewee: Onoe Naoya

Interviewer: Researcher ██

<Log start>

[Onoe Naoya is visibly shaken.]

Onoe Naoya: I can’t take it anymore… How long is this gonna go on for?

Researcher ██: We are still investigating, so we can’t give you an answer. In order to find a solution to the anomaly affecting you, please describe the event in chronological order.

Onoe Naoya: We talked about this many times already… I did it; I admit it. That day… Anri, my wife found out about my affair. She went hysterical, and grabbed me… I tried to calm her a little… I only pushed her a bit. I didn’t- I didn’t hit her on purpose. Anri fell on her back, her head was bleeding a lot and she, she was no longer moving. I lost my mind, and I just shoved her into a suitcase, and dumped her body on a pond in the middle of the mountains. I admitted to it all, so please… Please help me!… [Covers face with both hands]

Researcher ██: … So, when did the decomposing pieces of flesh begin appearing?

Onoe Naoya: … I think it was about three days since I dumped her body. At first, only an empty briefcase appeared, suddenly floating out of the bathtub as I was taking a shower. It was covered in mud and plants and it smelled horrible. No matter how you spun it, it was the same briefcase I threw into the pond… That’s when I began going insane. I thought I was hallucinating.

Researcher ██: The suitcase was actually collected from your home.

Onoe Naoya: I know. Anyways, that’s when things got even worse. That night, when I turned on the tap, long strands came out, and the running water was red, a-and [Voice shivers] inside the- the toilet, there was… There was what looked like rotting entrails. The kitchen sink was just filled with blood, and… And I think a swollen arm was floating inside. [Sobbing] It’s been happening every day since then. Earlier, when you offered me coffee, I saw a cloudy eyeball floating in it, and… It was looking at me? I have to be insane. That dead woman is surely haunting me now… [Holds his head and weeps]

Researcher ██: If you aren’t feeling well, you don’t have to keep doing this. We can stop with the questioning for today. There’s medical staff on your quarantine wing; you can call them any time.

Onoe Naoya: Ok, but wait. A visitation, can I have a visitation? I want to have a meeting with Manami.

Researcher ██: Who is that?… Oh, wait, is that who you were having an affair with?

Onoe Naoya: I haven’t been able to be with her since the incident. I’m sure she’s dead worried. Please, let me see- [Places hands over his mouth and gags]

Researcher ██: Are you ok?

[Onoe Naoya vomits up a piece of decomposing flesh. Piece was later identified as Onoe Anri’s ring finger.]

Onoe Naoya: [Coughing and sobbing] P-please… please forgive me…

<Log end>

It must be noted that the decomposing flesh that continues to appear around Onoe Naoya up to the present amounts to the equivalent of ~7-8 human bodies. All pieces match Onoe Anri’s DNA.
