Description: SCP-CN-2291 is a humanoid entity (or entities) broadcasting information to the Earth from a series of anomalous structures on Venus, referring to itself as "General Ashtar Sheran". As all information on this entity originates from records of the "Galactic Federation" and other anomalous groups, as well as its numerous transmissions towards the Earth, it is possible that most of the currently available information may be misleading and the veracity of some of the information is directly in question.

SCP-CN-2291-1 is the collective designation for several similar anomalous spaceflight vehicles in various orbits around Earth, with lengths between 50 m and 16 km and typically shuttle-, saucer- or needle-shaped. Based on the transmissions from SCP-CN-2291, these vehicles are a vanguard fleet directed by SCP-CN-2291, of which there are an estimated 100 and more are claimed to be arriving within the next hundred years. All attempts to directly observe or photograph a single SCP-CN-2291-1 unit have failed; in addition, none of the objects have been observed to occlude any known star. As such, it is believed that these objects are composed of an energy-transparent material. The crew members on these ships, as well as the exact number of ships, is completely unknown, and their construction far surpasses the technological level of the Foundation. Dr. Erysin: Now that the formalities and niceties are done, let's get to business. That "Galactic Federation" you speak of, does it really exist?

PoI-67341: Yes. I've always been trying to tell you that, but you didn't want to believe me.

Dr. Erysin: Then this "Ashtar Sheran", what kind of person is he really? What relation does he have with the Federation?

PoI-67341: He is no mere "person"! He is a high-level being who has achieved the ariya-phala³, the most important of our twelfth-dimensiona Buddhas. He is the venerable Shakyamuni⁴ himself, a widely venerated Boddhisattva of our dimension. Over two thousand years ago, the Great Vehicle⁵ came from outside the present cūḷanikā lokadhātu⁶ in three lakṣa-ths⁷ of a tatkṣaṇa⁸⁹ to the earth to express the truth. The five bhikṣu¹⁰ were enlightened by him and entered his vehicle, to understand the true dharma of all life. He has the most loving-kindness in his heart out of all beings in the three thousand trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu¹¹, and all Bodhisattvas are born from his finger.

Dr. Erysin: He must be very kind to humans, right?

PoI-67341: Nonsense! The Buddha only used His own power to spread the Dharma across the entire trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu¹² When He and the other 11 dimensions' Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the arhat¹³ numbering as many as the sands of the Ganges¹⁴, walk in the three thousand culanika lokadhātu, or perhaps mahasassi lokadhātu, that we live in, the sapient life of million worlds rose to the Formless Realms¹⁵. All the false Buddhas, rākṣasa¹⁶, asura¹⁷, even Pāpman, the paranimmitavasavatti¹⁸, were endlessly stomped out and converted by the Buddha. The Buddha manifests to overcome the demons, protecting our world's people, who know not of this fact, let alone the other eleven dimensions' Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. As such, the Buddha-Spirit has hidden the Buddha in the human world, to help the Buddha save the people; we follow the Buddha's instruction, expounding the Buddha's great action of loving the worldly people to all.

Dr. Erysin: What kind of person is the Buddha-Spirit?

PoI-67341: The Buddha-Spirit is the first person who followed the Buddha's teachings in our world; He is Maitreya's¹⁹ manifestation, and will come down to the earth when the interstellar cruiser Tuṣita²⁰. He sits at the Lotus Platform, with the Buddha's finger bone in his hand, reciting scripture. In a single kṣaṇa, he will raise the flagship iśvara-dhātu²¹, where all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas reside, and with their own eyes they will see the true word of the Buddha-King. Under the Buddha's sermon, they will achieve anuttarā samyak-saṃbodhi²², When the teachings of the Buddha are worn down adnd destroyed, He will certainly decide to descend upon the world to save all sapient life. That wicked reptilian monk in the kingdom of the depths of the earth, the demons beneath the earth, all evil influence, and the remaining evil of the agata kingdom²³, will no longer dare to once again return to the surface to construct their wicked paradise, while we will gather under the leadership of the Buddha-Spirit, to save this burning world.

Dr. Erysin: What are the "Lotus Platform" and the "Buddha's finger bone"? What is this "iśvara-dhātu" you speak of?

PoI-67341: Only the Buddha-Spirit knows what they are. What they specifically refer to, we have never known. We only know they are symbols of the Buddha's love and pity for the common people. Through asceticism they can exceed the speed of light, and then exceed the universe's myriad baryons and leptons to enter the Formless Realms. The Buddha-Fairy says, entering the Formless Realms, some can say it exists, and some can say it doesn't. The cūḷanikā lokadhātu are under it, and if you look up, you can see myriad arhat standing in the magic cloud of the bow; and that brightest, most eternal Buddha is at the highest point of this realm — that is the iśvara-dhātu. To ascend to the height of Buddha, with the twelve dimensions surrounding it, and twelve Bodhisattvas at His sides. We will bring Him nanometer kāṣāya²⁴ and titanium staves and other implements of the Buddha, and approaching the Buddha, we will see different Buddhas from the twelve dimensions. Every dimension's Buddha will manifest as an infinite signal tower, each capable of converting three thousand trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu.

Dr. Erysin: You're saying that there are twelve trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu? And on our side we have previously collected information about the daśadiśā-dhātu²⁵. Please explain.

PoI-67341: You could say that; the organisms who have achieved ariya-phala have recognized a total of twelve trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu. But in truth, it is as the Buddha-Spirit says; the number of Buddhas is boundless, for His manifestations are as many as the value to which a power tower²⁶ of boundlessnesses with as many levels as the sands of the Ganges, but based on a sermon I personally heard from the Buddha-Fairy, the number of Buddhas will not be larger than Ackermann(4,3)²⁷. There is no trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu that the Buddha cannot convert, and everything from the infinite universe to the infinitesimal elementary particles has a corresponding Buddha. And at the end of every closed loop of a trisahassi mahasassi lokadhātu, that daśadiśā-dhātu is there, where uncountable Buddhas reside, the blissful world we are all headed towards. But more strictly, the daśadiśā-dhātu is eleven-dimensional. Infinite time, infinite space, infinite possibilities, infinite dimensions, all compressed into a point. These two points are connected by a line, along which ten dimensions exist. The Buddha has detached himself from form, but He can live in this Pure Land²⁸, so the daśadiśā-dhātu is at least eleven-dimensional.

Agreement to Confront Near-Earth Threats

To All SCP Foundation Employees, Global Occult Coalition Members, and All Human Civilians Viewing this Document:

The current outlook on near-Earth outer space is already pessimistic. Countless flying objects are in Earth orbit, all of which may enter the atmosphere at any time. These flying objects are not here to bring us flowers and wine, but are more likely weapons so advanced we cannot understand them. They are called the "Galactic Presidential Federative Republic", and are controlled by an unidentified threat entity calling itself "Ashtar Sheran", which appears to be attempting to use a false deity in order to break the unity of humankind and make them willingly accept an invasion of the Earth. Currently, reports of tens of anomalous alien religious groups of various sizes have been received from around the Earth. Many revere these aliens as gods, praying for them to quickly descend onto the Earth, so that they will be able to honor their promised blank checks. They say that they have already subjugated countless planets, massacred countless species who have opposed them, and brainwashed every planet's residents to become their faithful slaves. It is certain that their ambitions towards the Earth are no different. And even if they are to make good on this promise, we cannot just sit back and watch the galaxy suffer.

We have reason and sufficient evidence to believe that "Ashtar Sheran" is a liar. His fleet has blocked out the sky, and many other fleets are approaching the Solar System with weapons capable of wiping out human civilization. In addition, Global Occult Coalition High Command officer James S. Clark has raised that these fleets are intended to destroy the Earth itself to clear space for an interstellar highway — this is not just speculation; at the hands of such threats, humanity may very well end up as an exhibit in the corner of a museum.

Against such a strong opponent, humanity should avoid infighting between classes and races. Against an extraterrestrial threat that could at any time launch an attack on the Earth, our two organizations have made a stand to collectively resist the invisible space threat. As such, in accordance with three meetings in 2014 between the SCP Foundation's O5 Council and the Global Occult Coalition's High Command, we have achieved the following accords:

1. In response to extraterrestrial flying threats, a law shall be passed to restrict the trajectories of spaceflight apparatus entering outer space and strictly keep secret information relating to unidentified flying objects;

2. In response to extraterrestrial religious groups on Earth, they should be curtailed immediately, in order to prevent loss of unity in human society;

3. Preparations for war at any time should be made; if the threat entity attemtps to invade, all nations are to be notified and all personnel capable of combat, regardless of gender, age, nationality or creed, are to engage in combat;

4. In response to the unknown entity "Ashtar Sheran", attempts shall be made to contact the entity; if the speculations of the agreement turn out to be true, humanity must enter a state of general mobilization even without an attack;

5. The SCP Foundation and Global Occult Coalition are to collectively establish a joint research organization with the goal of improving humanity's position in an interstellar conflict in hopes that it will be useful in case of an alien invasion.

Although we are powerless in the face of such an advanced civilization, if the whole of humanity puts aside their preconceptions and unites, we may be able to force these alien apes back to their home. The SCP Foundation and Global Occult Coalition have separately dispatched Mobile Task Forces and PHYSICS Teams to their allies on Earth, to completely end their dreams of taking over Earth. We will also gather our best scientists and establish a base in Antarctica to develop effective weapons against alien ships at any cost.

The SCP Foundation and Global Occult Coalition will work together against these threats to protect the homeland of humanity, to collectively protect humanity's future. May there be no Star Wars in your dreams, and may the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas protect us.
