Description: SCP-PL-174 is a white countertop blender with green adornments. The object was made out of plastic and stainless steel, with no evidence of anomalous materials. When connected to a power supply, the object is able to function as a non-anomalous electric mixer.
On the bottom of the object located is a sticker with the following inscription: "R'EALITYBLENDER™ from Home Wonders ltd." suggesting a link to GoI-PL-198, currently it is the only thing connecting SCP-PL-174 with the anomalous world. Testing for exact anomalous nature of the object is ongoing.

TEST 1
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was connected to a power supply.
Result: No anomalous activity.
TEST 2
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was turned on.
Result: No anomalous acitivity, object functions like a non-anomalous blender.
TEST 3
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was used to mix strawberries.
Result: Fruits blended, obtained juice does not show anomalous characteristics.
TEST 4
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was used to mix ice cubes.
Result: Ice cubes were flaked, no anomalous activity.
TEST 5
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was used to make a fruit cocktail.
Result: Created cocktail didn't show any anomalous characteristics.

TEST 11
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was used to fragment a specimen of a ladybug (Coccinella septempunctata).
Result: The insect was fragmented, no signs of life or anomalous acitivty.
TEST 12
Procedure: D-788 was forced to consume the fragmented insect created in the last test.
Result: Despite initial resistance, D-788 ate the specimen. D-788 was left under observation for two days, no anomalies found.

TEST 21
Procedure: SCP-PL-174 was left turned on in D-788's cell for an entire day. Leaving the cell and trying to interact with SCP-PL-174 by D-788 was prohibited.
Result: No psychological, physical or anomalous changes in D-788, subject remains under observation.

Procedure: Kant counters were used on a working SCP-PL-174.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-PL-174 is held in Sector G of Dimensional Site 174's warehouse. Strategic use of SCP-PL-174 in case of ontokinetic anomalies is approved. A research to replicate the effect of SCP-PL-174 is currently led.

When SCP-PL-174 is turned on, the object starts to even out the level of Humes in the reality surrounding him. This effect has a range of around 25 m in every direction from the object. When the object's container is closed, the effect works only in it. The amount of Humes after the usage of the object will be at a particular location equal to the arithmetic mean of the value of Humes during the usage of the object.
After SCP-PL-174's work is finished, the amount of Humes will start returning to earlier levels, however, any anomalies in their value that occur thereafter will be immediately compensated.
Despite the content of Document PL-174-1, usage of SCP-PL-174 isn't dangerous to other realities, which was confirmed by the Department of Interdimensional Studies.
