Subordinate Departments
Spiritual Division
Director: Former Field Agent Steve Nguyễn
Office: Spiritual Division Building
An independent division administratively subordinate to the Site. It was officially established in 2004 after a containment operation targeting SCP-101-VN. The Division’s motto is “Local Problems - Local Methodology”, which was later adopted as the slogan for Site-75-VN. The Spiritual Division focuses on researching groups of interest and the Type Blue community throughout the history of Vietnam’s anomalous scene. Through this process, they learn knowledge and experiences to apply in containing relevant anomalies.

Department of Translation
Director: Randall "Flawed" Florence
Office: Records, Archival, and Information Security Administration Center
One of the oldest and most renowned departments of the Vietnamese branch, serving as a vital link in foreign relations and cooperative containment efforts with other branches. The department maintains a friendly and cooperative relation with all other SCP Foundation sites worldwide. In addition, throughout history, they have had the closest collaboration with the English, German, and Traditional Chinese speaking branches.
Department of Anomalous Medicine and Pharmacy
Director: Dr. Khương Huỳnh Nhân (concurrent position)
Office: Medical Center
Established under the collaboration between Site-75-VN and Site-ZH-44, this department is responsible for the care and treatment of all personnel at the Site who are affected by anomalies. They also assist in containing biological anomalies that affect humans and research the application of anomalies in medicine under certain unavoidable circumstances.
Parainformation Division
Director: [DATA REDACTED]
Office: Anomaly research area
A Division of the Site responsible for containing informational anomalies and coordinating cooperation with various departments in related fields, including: Antimemetics, Miscommunications, Artificial Intelligence Applications Division, Surrealistics, and Unreality. Most anomalies in their containment exist on the Internet, hence their close relationship with MTF Alpha-101 (“Grammar Police”).
Oceanography Division
Director: Lương Đức Anh
Office: Anomaly research area
Established in 1964 as a result of the U.S’s military increasing deployment of anomalous weapons. Today, due to the long coastline and territorial water covering two of Vietnam’s large archipelagos, the Division frequently suffers containment breaches related to local anomalies. The division maintains a close relationship with MTF Nu-86 (“Honoring His Highness”).
On-site Mobile Task Forces
MTF Alpha-101 ("Grammar Police")

Mission: Monitor, retrieve, and contain anomalies that exist in digital form and anomalous phenomena on the Internet.
MTF Nu-70 ("Piercing Leaf")

Mission: Monitor, retrieve, and contain anomalies related to politics and subjugate groups of interest and anomalous criminal organizations.
MTF Nu-86 ("Honoring His Highnes")

Mission: Monitor, retrieve, and contain anomalies or anomalous phenomena that exist in / come from / are related to the marine environment.

Important Satellite Facilities
- Nha Trang Outpost: Located in Nha Trang City, Khánh Hoà Province, this is one of the oldest SCP Foundation Outposts in Vietnam. It contains a containment facility of the Division of Oceanography and a testing facility of the Department of Anomalous Medicine.
- Cần Thơ Outpost: Was upgraded and expanded into the Cần Thơ Facility.
- Observation Post 75-59: Located in the outcast of an anomalous spatial region between Thủ Đức City and District One, Hồ Chí Minh City, and directly managed by the Spiritual Division. This observation post is responsible for monitoring, researching, and conducting diplomatic missions with NX-59-VN.
- Observation Post 75-105: Built on an island on the Spratly Archipelago. Initially used to monitor and research SCP-105-VN, the Observation Post has since expanded its functions to become an offshore base for the Division of Oceanography.
Additional Information
The two locations where Site-75-VN is currently situated were once two portals in a network of anomalous spatial tunnels maintained by an intricate and highly stable thaumaturgic matrix, spanning across East Asia and dating back to the late 10th century. In the early 16th century, a reality shift of unknown origin with its epicenter at the Thanh Hoá portal caused the entire network to collapse into many fragmented and unstable sections.

The French National Gendastrerie branch Building in Sài Gòn
In the early 20th century, the French National Gendastrerie3 started a research project aiming to restore the southern segment of this spatial tunnel network. Their initial plan was to restore the segment connecting the four gates at Cần Thơ - Thanh Hoá - Hà Nội - Guangzhouwan.
However, the project was only carried out in the Cần Thơ - Thanh Hoá segment when two consecutive world wars broke out. This led to a scarcity of research resources, causing the plan to be suspended indefinitely.
The rest of the spatial tunnel network was completely destroyed during the Chinese Civil War (1927-1950) and the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937-1945), as various factions deliberately erased the remaining traces of thaumaturgy to prevent the opposing force from exploiting them.
In 1954, the French military intended to use this spatial anomaly to send a French expeditionary force stationed in Southern Vietnam to the North Central Coast region as a surprise attack. However, this plan collapsed following the heavy defeat of the French military in the Battle of Điện Biên Phủ (13/03-07/05/1954) and the signing of the Geneva Accords (20/07/1954).
During their retreat to the south of the 17th parallel, the French military burned most of the files and documents about their research on this anomalous region. The French National Gendastrerie’s research facility beneath Đốn Sơn mountain was subsequently taken over by the Foundation with support from the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The existing facilities were renovated and expanded into the Temporary Site-75-VN. On the other side of this anomalous region (Cần Thơ), an Outpost was constructed as a disguise for researching purposes.
Official insignia of Site-75-VN
On 01/10/1962, Temporary Site-75-VN was officially elevated to Research and Containment Site-75-VN. Its operations also expanded into various fields to accommodate the increasing prevalence of anomalous practices during the Vietnam War.
After 1975, thanks to the political unification between the locations of Site-75-VN and the Cần Thơ Outpost, research on the anomalous spatial region made significant progress. By late 1984, the relevant portal technology was successfully recreated and explained using anomalous science. The possession of this technology gave the Foundation the upper hand in future negotiations4.
During its operation, the Outpost was continuously expanded to meet emerging containment needs. In 2000, Site-75-VN’s Administrator approved the expansion of the outpost into a second facility of the SIte, with more modern infrastructure to accommodate the Foundation personnel, contain humanoid anomalies, and handle specialized research. The Cần Thơ facility was completed and officially put into operation on 25/12/2002.
