SKP-217-KO at the time of its launch

Safety Instructions: Considering what position SKP-217-KO holds in the minds of the people of North America, the subject is to regularly enter American Harbors of military importance to discourage potential resistance. Also, the subject is to enter harbours of vassal states such as Yokohama and California of Japan and San Antonio of Argentina as an act of friendship, reassuring the German control of the North Pacific area.

Special Site-140 was built at ████ island, on ██° ██′ ██″ N, ███° ██′ ██″ E for the maintenance and use of SKP-217-KO. Special Site-140 is to be classified as a rank three restricted area. Unauthorised ships and aircraft are prohibited entry inside the area 24 nautical miles around the site.

Considering the subject's strategic importance and ███ break-in and sabotage attempts, high levels of physical management is required. Ground and maritime radars, sonar detectors and satellite cameras must always be watching the area. All personnel in site 140 must undergo a regular psychological inspection, and have to score higher than a B+ at the loyalty test. All crew working inside the ship must be able to understand English.

SKP-217-KO is to be guarded with a retinue of [DATA EXPUNGED] ships of squadron 7-𝔛,

SKP-217-KO is to only set sail under the authorisation of the Waffen-SKP North Pacific command, the administrator of Special Site-140, and the commander of squadron 7-𝔛. It is unadvisable to sail SKP-217-KO when the "Leave ship order" is likely to be given.

If the "Leave ship order" is given, protocol MI-42 is to be executed. All people aboard, excluding T-class personnel, must evacuate the ship in 72 hours.

If SKP-217-KO becomes unable to control, protocol Wiedereinstellung-47 is to be executed. Electronic and physical attacks on the target are permitted under the protocol.

Description: SKP-217-KO is the former CV-6 aircraft carrier USS Enterprise.

The subject was launched on September 20th, 1937, as the 2nd Yorktown-class carrier. The subject was commissioned in 1938 and served in the pacific war. It was captured in 1945, in a joint operation of the German and Japanese navy.

After its capture, the two countries disagreed on who should own the ship. However, in 1947, the ship started showing paranormalous properties, hence on September 17th, 1947, the Waffen-SKP took ownership of the subject.

The paranormaly of SKP-217-KO is that it "modifies" itself as time progresses.

Its initial displacement was 32,000 tonnes standard, with F4F fighter planes¹. However, currently, it has a displacement of 110,000 tonnes, with AN-Jäger 1 and 2 fighter jets. Furthermore, its wooden deck is replaced with metal, its diesel engines are replaced with nuclear reactors, and the 40mm and 20mm autocannons are replaced with Mauser-27mm single barrel cannons and RTI SM-3 anti-aircraft missiles. Its current battle capabilities are thought to be similar to that of a Karl Dönitz class aircraft carrier.

The subject shows changes around the time of a new German aircraft carrier launch. Two hours before the change, a "leave ship" order is broadcasted inside the ship in English. People who failed to evacuate the ship before the change was lost, and has not been found to date.

Incident log 7217-01
09/10/1947, SKP-217-KO's decks were replaced with metal, and Ju-128 fighter jets appeared. After the incident, the Waffen-SKP took ownership of the vessel.

██/██/196█, SKP-217-KO's displacement increased to 60,000 tonnes, and its engine changed into a nuclear reactor. Fighter jets similar to EWR VJ 101 appeared.

Incident log 7217-15
██/██/197█, SKP-217-KO's equipment are replaced with the latest. Fighter jets similar to VFW VAK 191B and attackers similar to Ju A-60 appeared. These planes were handed over to Richter und Thiel Industriegesellschaft mbH(RTI)² for management and reverse engineering.

Incident log 7217-18
██/██/198█, a bomber was launched from SKP-217-KO, effectively suppressing and eliminating SKP-██-US.

Incident log 7127-22
██/██/199█, SKP-217-KO's equipment is changed to the latest. Its displacement increased to 90,000 tonnes, and Eurojäger Taifun fighter jets appeared. This incident is the only time where a German aircraft appeared on the ship.

Incident log 7217-26
██/██/200█, the first paranormalous bombers and fighters appeared on SKP-217-KO. The aircraft are sent to the Waffen-SKP base in Buenos Aires, Argentina for management and reverse engineering.

Incident log 7217-31
██/██/201█ SKP-217-KO's displacement increased to 110,000 tonnes. Paranormalous fighter jets similar to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] on a Karl Dönitz class aircraft launched a week ago appeared. The paranormalous jets were named AN-Jäger-1 and 2 and are to be deployed until the next aircraft launch.

Request 217-KO-01 ██/██/197█ To: The K5-council

We did not observe any problems during our 25 years of managing SKP-217-KO. I think it is time to use the paranormality of this ship to our advantage. Our paranormal weapons, including a paranormal aircraft carrier, are sure to give a warning to other groups not to stand against us. It'll also be effective at "persuading" the rebels in depopulated areas and vassal states to meet our demands. Therefore, I request approval for the military use of SKP-217-KO. - Kommodore ███████ "Goddard" ███

Upon discussion the council has concluded that SKP-217-KO is safe for use. Your request is granted. Considering its strategic importance, the ship keeps its name. SKP-217-KO is now the "SKPS Enterprise".

Incident log 7127-16
██/██/197█, the aircraft under RTI management in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy were severely damaged. Upon investigation, it is not thought to be the result of RTI's poor management. The incident is thought to be caused by a PSR sabotage agent(Killed on-site).

Incident log 7217-20
██/██/199█, during a repopulation operation of a depopulated area, SKP-217-KO's engine did not start. The inspection did not show any defects.

Incident log 7217-21
██/██/199█, the deck of SKP-217-KO cracked, causing casualties of █ deaths and █ wounded. This incident happened at the same time when the repopulation operation ended successfully. As the next aircraft carrier launch was imminent, SKP-217-KO was not decommissioned in order to test if its paranormality shows even when it's partially damaged.

Incident log 7217-27
██/██/2020, the German army eradicated rebels in North Carolina. SKP-217-KO was moved for use in the operation. However, no weapons functioned, and all aircraft in the carrier showed a various degree of defects. Also, at the end of the operation, the subject's horn was sounded without it being operated. Inspection of the ship showed no defects.

Incident log 7217-32
██/██/2020, a reconnaissance mission of a depopulated area using SKP-██-US showed that the local African community grew to a concerning size. SKP-217-KO's severely damaged aircraft was restored to normal.

Request log 217-KO-01 ██/██/2020, To: The K5-council

This is Goddard. Apologies for contacting you so abruptly, since this is urgent news about the SKPS-Enterprise. I presume the council has information of SKP-217-KO's aircraft continuously being damaged and restored for no apparent reason. HQ thinks this is because of terrorist attacks, or mismanagement of the RTI, but I think otherwise.

Recently, whenever we wiped off the rebels or repopulated depopulated areas, SKP-217-KO and its jets were damaged. When we killed the PSR terrorist, when we eliminated the North Carolina rebels, and at the most recent repopulation attempts, it all happened. Conversely, wherever resistance built against Germany, the Enterprise was restored.

So, my conclusion is that the Enterprise gets damaged and restored depending on the strength of the resistance against Germany. This is still personal research, but I hope the committee will consider my opinion.

Also, may it sound ridiculous, but SKP-217-KO seems to… be conscious.

Minor defects that cannot be found in the regular inspection, defects of the aircraft and weapons, and engine failure; all these unexpected errors or breakdowns look like a worker on strike. Even a dog needs time to adjust to its new owner, let alone a US Navy aircraft that we captured.

Therefore, I request that SKP-217-KO is to be excluded from naval operations for the time being. I have been informed that the next Erich Raeder class carrier's launch is close. I request keeping an extensive log of what happens to the subject at this launching. - Commander of the North Pacific Navy Konteradmiral ███████ "Goddard" ███

K5 Council ██/██/2020 To: Konteradmiral "Goddard"

Upon revision, the council decided to take the advice. We will give further instructions to the archive officer.
Also, the African community in the depopulated zone is to be left alone for experimentation. SKP-217-KO is to be logged of its status at the next carrier launch.

Urgent Notice(2)

After the launch, SKP-217-KO changed its form. The subject now carries approximately 130 aircrafts capable of auto-flying, cannons, anti-aircraft and anti-infantry missiles. The Enterprise went rogue and is now heading towards the depopulated zone of North America. This is a direct order to squadron 7-𝔛 and all German Naval forces operating in the pacific area. Capture the ship before it arrives.

NEW ORDERS: Protocol Wiedereinstellung-47 is authorised. Revoking order to capture. New orders: track and destroy SKP-217-KO.
